When people are too loony for the loonies..

Kevin Daly

Skilled Investigator

Not paranormal, but this woman has to rank high on the list of twisted religious pyschos.

And then there is the soul-shaking weirdness of Hannity being right about something...

I'm actually at a loss of words... I think I've seen this 'cult/church' before once on 'Louis Theroux's weird weekends'... God, bring this woman on, Gene & Dave ;) (please don't)

I always see shit like this. I live in NC. No, scratch that. It's spread. I live in AMERIKUH!!

I could type a lot on the matter, but anyone dumb enough to need it spelled out to them, is dumb enough for it to go over their lump on their shoulders they might call a head.

I didn't watch it all btw. Don't have to. Sad isn't it?

Ugh. I take it she's one of Fred Phelps' brigade? Silly, braindead lady-dog. If the only thing standing between her and serious harm/death was a gay person, she'd be more than happy to be rescued. Bigots are such morons.

Call me an uber cynic but I think this is a way for Hannity & Colmes (and Fox Noise) to grandstand so they can say, "See? We're not ultra right-wing loons. We're fair and balanced."

Because, really: A small town church where 80% of the congregation of under 100 people is just that woman's family? They're hardly a building threat that deserves airtime. When Hannity asked her what her sins are she said he tried that the other day, so either she was on that show or his radio show the other day. It must have gotten them high ratings.

Theres probably pockets of people just like that all over the place, its just that this particular bunch have received publicity in the media as an example of extremist views.

free speech does have some funny expresions out there at the fringe.
i didnt watch the clip though, her eyes were enough to convince me shes as mad as a cut snake, i just take a farting preacher filter, whack it in front and try and see what little humour i can in these things.

as ive said before these superstitions , including the institutionalised superstitions aka religion, are based around a death fear.
we can answer just about any question that comes to mind, clever brilliant creative wonders that we are we can tell you what the suns made of, how matter is formed. and i even have high hopes we will one day have answers to the UFO question in terminology we fully understand. but the "what happens when you die" question will continue to bother us........

im reminded of Mr Nicholson "you want the truth ?" line

at the end of the day it seems like these sorts are as the lyric goes trying to "buy a stairway to heaven"

by putting in the effort and energy doing what they see as their gods will, they earn his favour and are thus "saved" from oblivion.

its been my experience that the deeper the fear of death, the more they act out the proscribed "point earners" as laid down in their particular tradition.

its sad then when you see someone in this state, the poor bastards are going "crazy" with the fear
