Who's pretty much legit?

After asking about a few individuals in this thread, it occurred to me that it might be more efficient (probably a much shorter list than who is phony) to ask who has been found to be legit? I'd say it would be fair to allow a 5% margin for errors and a little bit of human exaggeration, but who's been able to retain a significant portion of credibility within these areas (general conspiracy, including UFOs and paranormal)?

You know, I struggled with this and decided that my definition of "legit" would have to include individuals who aren't selling anything (possibly motivated by profit).
