I know very old news and I hope my constant questions are ok with you all, I just read this and I suppose most of you have. I was amazed at the detail of this statement, and I was wondering if anyone has counterpoints to what he wrote before he was killed.

It typifies everything wrong with the whole arena of UFOlogy, outlandish claims, mixed with legitimate information creating a murky mess with no real way to descern fact from fiction.

Most people tend to treat any and everything associated with Cooper as either disinfo or outright fabrication due to his deteriorating mental state. It's probably best to continue that trend with these documents.

Back in the spring and summer of 1990, I did the very first expose on Bill Cooper. I had first met Cooper in 1988 and I was present for Cooper's many twists, turns and changing of his stories. Claiming to have seen ultra top secret documents while a member of the U.S. Navy’s briefing team in Hawaii, (after his original story only involved seeing a “saucer” fly out of the ocean and then back in while a crewman on a diesel sub) Cooper claimed that ET was here, our government knew it and was working with the ET’s, and finally the “secret govt. killed President Kennedy while in Dallas by his own Secret Service driver firing the fatal headshot! All secret U.S. Navy documents he claimed to see while on duty.

In November of 2001 Cooper was killed in a shoot-out with a SWAT Team attempting to serve a felony warrant on him for threatening a man with a gun. Today there are still the disaffected that think “Bill” Cooper was the real deal. What is the real story, can it ever really be known ? Your show sounds like an opinion cast, and just because you believe that doesnt make it the truth

Cooper is full of opinions too where just because he believes it, doesn't make them true. Cooper is a nut, you'll find that out sooner or later.

Okay Lavarat, I got it. You're a believer! Thats fine, but remember I was there from 1988 when Cooper first surfaced. I did the very first in-depth investigation on him and his claims. I saw first hand how his story evolved. I know why he left California and moved to Arizona. I know why his wife and little girl left him. I saw how his alcoholism helped him self-destruct. I know about his lies and attempted intimidation of anyone who disagreed with this moron.

Being a former police officer and detective I spoke to law enforcement about this guy who was evading felony warrants for tax evasion, bank fraud and finally felony assault with a firearm. He shot a cop and got his ass shot off. I guess you could say this asshole got what he had coming to him. Now for my question to you ........

What investigation have you conducted on Cooper besides google-ing his name on the web and you not having a critical mind?

Yes, Hopkins is a secret agent, and so is Stanton Friedman according to Cooper. I recall those days well. Hopkins has an interesting article on him.
