as a joke aimed at all the "bear" on mars type of stuff.

I am not saying that weird stuff is not up there (I haven't been) but some of the claims are beyond ridiculous.

I don't think this type of story should be banned, I just wish people would be a bit more savvy, but that is probably as ridiculous an expectation as seeing bears on Mars.
