I'm gonna say fake Bob, reason being is that the brain is very adept at determining if a distant figure is another human, even on quite a small amount of information to go on. My brain is screaming that this is an actual woman and because I don't think we could survive without a suit on Mars, I'll have to say that it is a composite photo.
