The shame of America, and speaks a lot about how low Americans are willing to go for "entertainment".
I have no explanation for the apparent semi-success of that show.
There are other shows I intensely abhor, i.e. Survivor, Big Brother, the Bachelor and Bachelorette, jut about any "reality" show. I think they drag humans down to the lowest common denominator by treachery and back-stabbing as a way of life. Blech.
