That besides the point here Gene. This guy keeps harping that Apple has slaves building it's products in China, all the while using a computer that is built by a Chinese company. It's pretty silly and he seems to be one of those anti-Apple nutters that are just as bad as the Apple-fanboi cultists.
 
Bizarre hate ? No.They make excellent products.But why don't they treat and pay their workers (in a communist dictatorship) with some more respect/pay ?But this is very common among these giants.The same goes for so many firms.Greed , i guess.

There were go - that's a fair statement. All the biggest tech companies do that.
 
But they are not the worst.I once saw how and where jeans are made in Bangla Desh and Vietnam : appalling.If the workers there would earn twice , a jeans would cost us 1 USD more...

Exactly - that's all I have been saying. No one in the western world can get away with not owning something that wasn't made in conditions that would not be acceptable to us. However, working at Foxconn, especially for Apple, seems to be sought after by many workers in China. Apple has to be careful because the world is always watching them, more so than most companies.
