Here is a vid of some clouds with anomalous lights at the tops.
You need to fast forward to about 3:30 because the first part is about chemtrails and not understanding how contrails are formed.

But the nest two vids are kick ass....what the hell could those lights be? Lightning? Ice crystal refractions? Effects of HAARP?

Its funny while flying over South Asia saw similar cloud formations as seen in China few years ago it was like seeing city above the clouds and must be light causing mirage. No photo just enjoyed the show.

Taken Christmas Eve Santa Monica beach.

Every year, weather permitting (it usually is) on christmas eve and/or new years eve I like to catch the sunset...which this time of the year sets over the ocean...and contemplate the past year and the forthcoming year. It's usually quite deserted and tranquil. More often than not the setting sun provides a worthy exit as I decide what resolutions to make and break. Here's a few from 2012

Thanks it's getting to be an obsession with me. So far this winter I've seen some pretty spectacular examples. The thing is as anybody that lives in my area knows, we don't get much weather like this except december to march otherwise it's clear blue sky or foggy marine layer weather.

Keep shooting those pics man as you have a good eye for composition... so in short MORE!!!

there's something super haunting about the collage of coloured sky illuminations. you have captured some really stunning examples. i don't understand why i'm not seeing any ufo's in any of these, but that aside, dude, i can see you have a great appreciation for light, texture and form in all its many skylight configurations. these are really nice photos - i especially like the one with all the signs and big streetlight top left with that giant cloud diagonally hanging heavy white, yellow and grey across a blue and yellow sunburst sky. that one is very stunning and urban at the same time. it was the most sad, sci-fi dystopic of the bunch, the way those chuck heston 70's flicks make me feel all soylent green inside.

how do you feel about the northern lights and have you had a chance to witness these things up close in person as well?
