It was Stone's worst movie ever, and I'll quality that, I adore Natural Born Killers, Nixon, JFK, and some of his other films. The writing was weak, some of the acting was good - Dreyfuss as Cheney was excellent - but on the whole, it was disjointed and downright silly, in a bad way. Don't waste your time.

Richard Dreyfuss played Cheney, or someone else with the same last name!? Didn't recognize him from the trailer.

/edit. Looked up the movie at imdb and it is indeed Richard. Wow.
