Thanks, Constance, but I knew where manxman got it, I was just trying to prompt him in to saying why he gave it any credibility. It's hearsay, a second-hand statement, not from Ben Rich himself.

There's a lot of loose quotations of Ben Rich, much of it used to further secret space programs etc.

Rumor has it...that the security sensitive UFO files here in the United States, are listed in the --- ULTRA TOP SECRET FILES --- privy too the eyes of only a select group of people, like Henry A. Kissinger and the late Edward Teller. The POTUS does not even have access to these UTS files.

Rumor also states...that these UFO files are stored on the grounds of the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland --- housed in a small concrete block building that is surrounded by razor wire.
