The JREF and Randi by virtue of the way have set up the test and testing have discredited themselves enough as it is. The fact that a cryptographer could break his test shows that he (Randi) was unable to provide the correct testing protocols in the first place.

There is no independent panel of examiners. All examinations are performed by Randi and the JREF's hand picked team.
