Humans 80,000 years older than previously thought?

Free episodes:

its spam alright, very annoying.

ive heard it suggested, ppl should take viagra and prozac, that way if you dont get one, you dont give one.

had a viagra catch in my throat once......had a stiff neck for weeks :D

We're all the descendants of humans and Cylons. I saw Battlestar Galactica, and I know what the truth is.

Which is likely why that episode aired. So that people will start thinking in terms of alien intervention as opposed to creationism, or evolution.

whatever it is thats motivating you to post spam, lets just say its the worst idea since hilters dad said to hitlers mum, c'mon brunhilda lets go upstairs i'm feeling saucy.....

Two things strike me as interesting about this: First, that humanity is much older than previously thought (which I think there is ample evidence to support). And two, this idea that we may live under some sort of umbrella of secrecy about our past.

As it has been said, there are many forces in play that can account for the loss of information. But one area that hasn't been explored as often is the tangible transformations of human consciousness that may have taken place over our history.

Some futurists posit that we are approaching a Singularity. I wonder if we have already experienced one (or more) -- not the least of which was at the point our minds awakened from an animal preexistence.

i often thought that there seems to be missing time in our past. it appears that humans have made significant advancements in technology over very short periods of time throughout our history. like we had someone step in and give us a bit of help once in awhile.

Since we know that the earth has likely suffered from multiple catastrophic events, it seems likely to me that we have reached varied levels of technology and advancement throughout history which is lost each time some event hits the reset button on our growth. It's a simple answer and seems to make sense to me. I also watched a documentary one time on how long it would take to erase our presence from the earth should we all be wiped out and it was a surprisingly short period of time. I wish I could remember what that was called.
