I just want to know how much a Dis-Info agent pulls down? Good benefits package? Dental? Whats the 401K like?

Well, there's no monetary renumeration. Just the satisfaction of helping humanity. And the free Orion slavegirls... which includes dental, of a sort. ;)

1) looking like Casey Affleck is not a bad thing, but looking like Ben Affleck would be better.
2) looking like Ben Affleck in an RCMP uniform would be even better than looking like Ben Affleck in a baseball cap.
3) did you ever get posted to Saskatchewan? 8)
4) have you ever heard of the crop circles near Langenburg, SK, with the craft witnessed by Eddie Fuhr?

Here's the thing about "facts" and the small details. It is a fact that I was in the RCMP. From May until September of 1990, when I was in law school - I was stationed as a Special Constable in Ingonish Beach, Cape Breton. Every year the Mounties took (and still take I think) a few law students as special constables for the summer. Experiences vary - in the rural detachment where I was stationed, I got to do and experience a lot more than most of my fellow students (ahh... the shotgun...).

So, the fact, with no contextual detail, looks impressive. The details tell the whole story, however - which is still a good one, but just not quite as sexy or mysterious or whatever as just the facts, ma'am.

More context - yes, my dad went to law school with Reid Morden - about 25 years before Morden headed up CSIS. As far as I know, they didn't stay in touch after they graduated (may have, but not much if they did). Again, it's all about context, the full story, as opposed to just individual facts, which can be made to fit any narrative that the storyteller wants, most of them loopy in the UFO world. ;)

So too Stan's work in the private sector on government projects... which was my original point here.

Just FYI, according to (I believe) Clifford Stone, those Orion chicks really exist.

Kinda makes you wish he wasn't totally off his rocker for second, don't it?
