1). I totally "get" the concerns shared in this thread and relate to most of them
2). There is a long way to go from here (present day) to there (swarms of nano drones, armed with poisoned switch blades)

Wow ... there's an idea ... drone puppies ... nobody would suspect anything that cute and loveable ... at least not until they started acting strange and you find yourself telling your therapist that you just can't explain it, but Teddy Bear just isn't the same dog anymore ... never poops, never eats, never sheds ... just sit's there staring at you with those pleading eyes ...

The csm brings up an interesting point, does it matter? I suppose if the program is done under the pentagon thus technically, answerable to congress, these missions could be more open to scrutiny when things go awry. I'm not holding my breath.
