Yes, I'm aware of the acoustic levitation effect. But the whole point of my argument was that it's not the lyrics to Zeppelin that are inherently meaningful, nor is any ordinary recitement of them. All the magic is happening by the specialized transmission of those sounds. The sound waves are a generic medium for the effect to occur if the conditions are right. Likewise, it's not the Caret symbols that contain special signifiance, its the "field" machine causing the magic to happen. The words, soundwaves, symbols etc. are not special by themselves.

My understanding of the Caret symbols was that they are configured in way that has special inherent significance. Like "killing words" in that Dune movie. And, naturally, the Caret field generator is not described or explained in any way as far as I can remember.

I guess I should have made that more clear.

That's a good point. But then again, even though the sound waves are a generic medium, only a specific tone will work on a specific object. So in that respect, a specific tone is 'special in itself' in a certain context.

For me, the main thing that leads me to suspect the drone story is fake is the design of the symbols. The style seems too western and contemporary.

I've read that the Caret symbols are similar to those in the Halo game, but I'm not a gamer not I can't confirm that.

While I found the idea of self-activating symbols that produce physical machinery to be ludicrous, I am reminded again at the awesome of symbols to convey meaning. The written word is a self-activating mechanism of sort, because many layers of meaning may be derives. Ideas are things, of course.

I realise that this is not working machinery that is produced when under a certain "field" of energy, but there is something there. At first I thought the Caret language thing was really witty, but then I realized that symbols convey information when perceived by the mind, and consciousnous itself may be a specific energy field.

I was trying to think of something cool from quantum physics where perception and intent would have a bearing on Caret's symbols. Well, they would if they were quantum sized effects or particles. But, they are not. So, no wave gets collapsed here.

Ah, well. I'm getting tired of New Age mysticism trying to give quantum level properties/effects to Newtonian sized objects.
