I think Schratt is just a UFO entertainer. He spices up his presentations with whatever he thinks will interest his audience and earn him another a speaking invitation. He's part of the noise.
Just to revive this old topic. I saw a repeat episode of Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory, the Area 51 special. In this TV show Michael Schratt is introduced as "a guy who says all of the stories of the Alien Technology is a bunch of bull." He goes on to say that there are no aliens at Area 51.
Let us not forget this is the same Michael Schratt who has made a virtual career speaking at UFO conferences, and peddling the stories of Dan Burisch to anyone who will listen!
Just another unqualified hack looking for their 15 minutes of fame!
What can possibly be expected in a topic of interest such as the Alien visitation phenomenon whereby sheer ideas and opinions alone become defended facts. Would you just as soon chastise someone whose all inclusively evidenced limitation borders on such geniuses as the likes of Col. John Alexander, or are you truly looking for the truth....and in this, allowing only the facts to guide your basis for understanding? I'm not pointing the finger directly at you withoutlimitso9, but it seems all to easy for some of those on this forum and other wannabe mediums to instantly lash out at anyone contradicting their personal "opinions", arguing against this new introspection for changing their presentation, not just to gain fame and fortune, but perhaps solely based on the premise that they finally figured out the truth and woke up instead!
I agree this guy might aggrandize and out right lie in his background or status, but is it for a "secret agenda" towards disinformation as nearly every well wisher for the alien visitation/crash, etc. placed these people in categorically, or is it to sincerely expose a charlatan for being a charlatan, and no other personal reason aspired too....
If it is the latter withoutlimit09, then I apologize....the former, then please tell us all why his "opinion" is so unjustified, and other contrary "opinions" are so factually driven.
I am merely pointing out that in front of one audience Michael Schratt argues that ET UFOs are nonsense and have nothing to do with Area 51, while at the same time, makes virtual career for himself on the UFO circuit peddling the Dan Burisch story and tall tales of alien bases. The purpose of this post was to simply note this large inconsistency. As I stated earlier, I maintain Schratt is a guy who enjoys being in the limelight and doesn't mind changing his point of view, if doing so means grabbing a selected speaking spot or being featured on a television show.
In 2010 he was on Open Minds Radio peddling the Burisch story, when in fact this guy was exposed in the late 90's as a charlatan. In 2012, a DVD was released of his Project Aquarius/Dan Burisch presentation at the 2011 Open Minds UFO congress in Phoenix, Arizona. The Jesse Ventura Area 51 Episode aired in 2010....
So he was on the record in the lead up to JV's TV episode blabbering about aliens working along side Dan Burisch out at Area 51, then went onto that show to say any talk of aliens out at Area 51 was rubbish, then by 2011 he was back on the UFO circuit peddling the Burisch story again. So this is NOT an instance where he corrected himself or had a change of heart.
