Hoax - plagiarism of scientology
The "Old Empire" and Scientology's "Marcab Confederacy" appear to be the same thing. Check it out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marcab_Confederacy
L. Ron Hubbard used the same terms "space opera", "doll body", "trillennia", "prison planet", etc. It is obvious that "Airl" (whomever that may be) was well versed in Scientology and practically "quoted" Hubbard, word for word. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_opera_in_Scientology_scripture http://www.solitarytrees.net/cowen/misc/scifiscn.htm
Also some parallels with the Peggy Kane material: http://www.evpreversespeaking.com/ She talks about "The Net" and Earth being a "prison planet" of the "Orion Reptilians".
Having read the book, it sounds to me like someone wrote it based on contemporary information (primarily Scientology). It even seems to contain a message directed at David Icke; that the "Old Empire" IS-BEs are not reptilians.
How someone can publish a book which is an obvious, undeniable rehash of L. Ron Hubbard (AKA Elron ElRay), is beyond me. Whomever wrote the "documents" didn't seem bothered about this being found out.
