There's a very well produced podcast called The Veritas Show hosted by Mel Fabregas. Anybody know anything about him? His recent guests include Stan Friedman, Edgar Mitchell and Nick Pope. Dolan is scheduled for this Friday.

But he also had John Lear, Jim Sparks and Clifford Stone. I wasted about 45 minutes listening to Sparks. Every interview of him that I've heard seems to come from the same script. If I had the opportunity to deal with ETs for years, I would try to learn something more than a stupid alphabet and how we are polluting the planet. And Clifford Stone... he helps an ET escape with the help of a friend who conveniently had a pair of wire cutters. C'mon!!!

I sometimes like to listen to Lear for entertainment value. But this time he was so totally outrageous, I couldn't listen to the whole interview. He says that all terror attacks attributed to Muslim extremists are actually performed by Jews. There were no planes involved in the 9-11 attacks -- it was done by a space-based weapon. The weapon has some residue effect that has caused every building put in it's place to crumble. He goes on to say that there were no verified sightings of planes by anyone on the ground in New York that day -- any that were seen were just holograms. All news footage of the planes are fakes. He then claims that there is a soul catcher on the moon. He can't possibly believe all that. It was getting so stupid that I couldn't listen to the whole thing. But what got me is that the host never really challenged him on very much. He gave the impression that he actually believed a lot of this stuff.

Anyone know who Mel is? If he wants a serious show, having Friedman, Pope, Dolan and Mitchell is great. But if I was a serious reseacher in this field, I certainly wouldn't want to be on the same guest list as Lear and some of the others.

Soulcatchers on the Moon? Sounds like the name of a psychedelic rock band. WTF's a soulcatcher, when it's at home? :D

Lear's basic idea is that when we die our soul is released, but is captured by the soul catcher on the moon for redistribution into a new body. I don't remember whether he thinks the aliens are involved to cultivate this process (ala Strieber's Majestic), but the idea 'works' with or without them. The rest of Lear's notion is pretty basic reincarnation stuff except adding that when you get over the basic stuff on Earth and learn to be a better being you are then allowed to use the bigger toys in the Universe and reincarnate elsewhere where stuff is cooler.

Yes, he said that the "soul catcher" is mounted on a tripod, pointed at the earth. I wish Mel had asked him what would happen if a future astronaut dies on Mars... or beyond? How would they get caught? Love it, hate it or in-between, The Paracast is the only show I've heard where guests are ever really challenged.

Never heard of The Veritas Show...at first glance of the site I notice the Amero coins...the Amero is somthing I have been watching for some time now...printed in mass quantity by th Canadians it is a push to unify North America like Europe...not sure what it has to do with the UFO / ET / Extra Dimensional....

Hmm. This sounds a lot like World of Warcraft.

Hello David. I know, some of the things said are perceived as outrageous. By the way, thank you for listening to the show. Right on the website, where you found the show, there is an ABOUT section. And by the way, I just posted more about me and how the show came about.

Again, I'm not an expert. I'm just a common person with an overly-developed sense of wonder. I like to ask questions and so far the guests seems to appreciate the style, to the point that they accept my invitations. I'm writing this message after Richard Dolan's interview. I know Richard Dolan is well respected at The Paracast. That was a very good show. If you haven't listened, I highly recommend it. Just go to http://www.veritasshow.com you can listen online on the embedded player; although I would highly suggest you subscribe to the Pocast or iTunes. The sound quality is better and you don't have to deal with ISP bandwidth traffic, which holds the player sometimes.

Also, Grant Cameron's show was very well received. It was a 3-hour show discussing all the presidents that had anything to do with the topic. I highly recommend that show too.

Oh, and the last show was with Robert Morning Sky. Some of you may have read The Terra Papers. Mr. Morning Sky had not done any interviews for 10 years. However, I am fortunate that he accepted to be in my show for the first time in 10 years. That was the last show.

At the beginning of the show I included a clip from the Edgar Mitchell show. It's a small audio clip where I asked hiim a peculiar question, and all of a sudden, we got disconnected.

Thanks for listening!

Hello bgudeman,

The Veritas Show is not only a UFO or paranormal show. We talk about conspiracies, NWO and plenty of current world events. I'm glad you noticed the Ameros. They're there for a reason. They made you curious, didn't they?

Best,

Mel Fabregas

David,

I keep hearing the "challeng them" phrase. If you were building a list of known guests, would you start slowly and would you prepare yourself by doing research and understanding where they stood? Or would you immediately start to challenge them on your first or second show?

I'm sure you know the answer to that. Remember, only 90 days on the air. I'm honored my name is even mentioned outside my Web site.

Best,

Mel Fabregas

I haven't heard they were being printed in Canada. I can tell you the Ameros that appear on my website came from the Denver Mint.

Hello David,

You may want to tell that to George Knapp, the award-wining journalist who had John Lear last Sunday on Coast to Coast. You may also tell that to Art Bell. They don't seem to mind having John Lear either.

Best,

Mel Fabregas

Interesting you would say that. I just finished reading a book called 'The Universe: Solved" where tha author claims the Universe is actually a computer program and we are avatars.
That solves absolutely nothing. Who is playing the game? Who created the game? Is there a complete list of rules printed out somewhere? Cheat codes?
