I've stopped watching any US based media for my own sanity and peace. I do check in occasionally to European news to get a perspective from there. Go check out English language news from Greenland and Denmark. Threatening an ally should be totally unacceptable to ANY thinking person. For some perspective. Greenland has a Land mass 3 times the size of Texas and a population of 57.000. The greater Sacramento area has a population 10 times that!! No one likes a f!@#$ bully.
 
This is indeed quite a show, with fake news from both ends. I've been trying to follow the DOGE team, that is interesting one. Press whines they don't have clearance. But if they are from say SpaceX (as Musk said they are from his companies), they actually have higher clearance than whats needed... All SpaceX engineers have without doubt been cleared by the Pentagon at start of their employment. We have same here in Europe, I've been vetted many times by request of Nokia, Airbus...

Its an interesting show indeed.
 
So Trump promised to lower grocery bills and gas prices on "Day One."

Instead, egg prices have doubled. Gas prices in my neighborhood near Phoenix, AZ are up 60 cents since he took office.

Trump's threatened tariffs will increase the price of imported goods from the affected countries for Americans.

So much for lowering prices.

If you didn't realize before, Trump is a conman who will promise anything to make the sale (get elected).
 
Well, the EU is just profoundly ashtonished on these guys. We are just slow to answer, but the answer is not of acceptance.

Tariffs - well that is just idiotism. All western countries import all tech goods from China. Not Canada or Mexico.

No brainer, it's going to get really bad if the tariffs kick in and inflation goes off the charts.

If I was a gambling man, I'd be betting that he'll blame Canada once real pain kicks in and then use the pain as a 'national security' justification to invade with troops.
I figure a quick night operation would do the job to neutralize Canada's command and control centers.
I mean... Elon already has NORAD's front door key fob so there won't be much resistance.

There's no way MAGAs will let the price of a case of Bud rise because of Canadian aluminium.
