Stupidity, Thy Name is Nussbeck

Free episodes:

Interesting that that commenter misuses apostrophes in exactly the same way as Nussbeck does.

Yeah, I noticed that as well... Nussbeck is still hurting from an exchange we had last year, when I challenged him on those ridiculous images he's been throwing around. The guy is a yutz, another wart on the field, and the idiots from UFO Digest get on my nerves as much, or more than he does. Gee, if you're gonna attack me, at least try to find something more solid that the tripe that's been posted up there. I'm a "self-proclaimed Mac expert"? No, I'm an actual, real world Mac expert with 25 years of deep experience with the platform. I was one of the founding editors of MacUser magazine, and have written for all of the other major US-based Mac magazines since then. I'm a professional debunker? I don't "believe" in UFOs? They've never actually listened to this show. I'm paid to write responses on these sites? Yeah, if only! Whatever, I'm getting used to being called lots of things from ignorant, delusional folks who have made the UFO phenomenon their surrogate religion. The support of the listeners of this show, as well as the participants on these forums, makes it all worthwhile.

DB, ...your hatefull attitude is frightful. You should consult a doctor for this mental disorder quickly. Everyone is entitled to their views but I think you protest to much......

To that anon comment, I can only say...

oh, the blather outside is frightful; in here, the air's delightful, and since you've no sense to show, you can blow, you can blow, you can blow....

must be spring :D

Indeed, I stand corrected. Nussbeck is truly moronic, I started listening to an interview with him on a car-crash called "Paradigm Radio" with the incredibly mindless "Raven", and I couldn't take more than a few minutes, my brain cells started atrophying faster than the speed of farts.

DAVID BIEDNY is alleged to have violated United States Code title 17 section 5 by posting selected private and personal e-mails of Ronald Nussbeck on this site in order to misrepresent the true facts and damage Mr. Nussbeck personally while promoting this web site. David Biedny then distroyed all postings on this site to hide his violation by destruction of the evidence on this web site while working with others from this web site in a conspiracy to deny Mr. Nussbeck his civil rights. Ronald Nussbeck's attorney is filling a suit in federal court against David Biedny and all involved parties in the conspiracy along with a civil suit for damages.
(c) Statutory Damages.—
(1) Except as provided by clause (2) of this subsection, the copyright owner may elect, at any time before final judgment is rendered, to recover, instead of actual damages and profits, an award of statutory damages for all infringements involved in the action, with respect to any one work, for which any one infringer is liable individually, or for which any two or more infringers are liable jointly and severally, in a sum of not less than $750 or more than $30,000 as the court considers just.
In a case where the copyright owner sustains the burden of proving, and the court finds, that infringement was committed willfully, the court in its discretion may increase the award of statutory damages to a sum of not more than $150,000 for each violation plus attorney fees. It is apparent by your continued acts that your actions were, are willful.
(d) Additional Damages in Certain Cases.— In any case in which the court finds that a defendant proprietor of an establishment who claims as a defense that its activities were exempt under section 110 (5) did not have reasonable grounds to believe that its use of a copyrighted work was exempt under such section, the plaintiff shall be entitled to, in addition to any award of damages under this section, an additional award of two times the amount
Any additional posts that continue to defame Mr. Nussbeck will be considered as further damages in seperate aciton.
If this posting is removed it will be considered a violation of my rights under the terms and conditions of this web site.

I don't know if it is the same in the US as it is up here, but if you write something to someone, whether it be an email or land letter, then that same letter belongs to the addressee, and is theirs to do with as they wish.

If the person purporting to be Ronald Nussbeck copied his post from any publication, did he ascertain he had the legal right to post said copy? Does it require a copyright release or permission from the publisher? if so, would the person claiming to be Ronald Nussbeck please provide proof certain of said permissions being granted to said poster purporting to be Ronald Nussbeck? If no copyright permission from the publisher is required, would said person please provide proof certain there is no copyright violation?

ps, action is not usually spelled as 'aciton'.

Nussbeck,

You should learn something about the law before you show your stupidity.

You emails to me are in NO WAY marked as private and confidential, we have NO business relationship (or any other relationship), and you have already attempted to defame me on the UFO Digest site. And further, you're apparently not smart enough to know how to use the Search function on this site, in order to find my original postings about you. I've deleted nothing, I think you're a total fucking idiot, and if you want to blow this up and expose yourself as such, knock yourself out. I'd love to see a court entertain your mental masturbation, you dickheaded piece of shit. You certainly have a right to express yourself, as do I, and I've stated that you have no scientific credentials of any sort. I've stated that I think you're a stupid fucking moron, and I'm well within my rights to make those statements. You want to have to prove that either of these statements are not true? You might want your lawyer to explain to you that that you don't have a leg to stand on, I hope he takes lots of your money, you dumb asshole.

Oh, and welcome to our forums! :D

I am not talking about posts, I am speaking of E-mails from David Biedny to me that threatened me and were used by a company which he is an admistrator of for the perpose of defaming me. My attorney has all the e-mails sent and how David Biedny posted them in order to misrepresent the facts. You might want to check the facts to find out the truth as to what took place. I am not talking about any posts on web sites but rather personal mail!!!!

:D I am trying hard not to kill myself laughing here... although, I do think you should cut the guy some slack David, it isn't really fair taking on such an obviously disadvantaged yutz without giving him some sort of handicap.

would you consider lowering your iq a few dozen points and then giving it another go?
no? come to think of it, if you lowered it enough to make it a fair fight, you might not remember to breathe...

at the end of the day someone is going to have to explain PPP to the judge, in such terms as he can determine the validity of the process. from what i can see about the matter online, thats going to be difficult.

its an old saying amoungts lawyers "there are no winners......"

if you have to go to court to sort it out, youve already lost, and the court will find a way to punish you if they think the matter thats been brought before them is frivolous and vexatious.

ALL emails between me & this idiot have been posted here (contrary to his claims in this thread), he's threatened me before, and he's freaked out because I sent a post to UFO Digest - which they did not approve for posting - that challenged Nussbeck to produce his professional credentials and explain the imaging method that he claims to have access to, which reveals absolutely nothing in the compression artifacts of JPEG and MPEG files. He claims to deploy the scientific method, but has nothing to back this up - no surprise. He knows he's holding a bag of air, nothing, nada, and I've called him on it.

First, he tried to claim that I was somehow breaking the law by posting his emails to me on these forums. Well, again, I'll point out that his emails specifically lack any kind of declaration that they are somehow confidential or private. Further, I was responding to his PUBLIC challenge to debunk his images, and in no way did he try to claim that our communication was to be private in any way. As far as threats, in typical psycho fashion, he's trying to claim that I threatened HIM, which is a clear case of projection - he's been doing all the threatening. By announcing his intent to sue me before actually serving me, he's already shot himself in the foot even more. Not surprising, as I think he's a complete asswipe, a moronic douchebag fucktard.

And kids, I'll teach you a little lesson about defamation - if you make specific accusations against someone - that they are involved with some sort of illegal activity, for example - and they can prove it's bunk, they might have a case. When you call someone names, express your opinion of the state of their stupidity, they'd be hard pressed to do anything about it in a court of law. I'm stating my opinion of this asswipe, which I'm totally able to do. On the other hand, when Nussbeck - putting up a post on UFO Digest, masquerading as someone else (but making the same exact grammatical errors as he does himself), trying to attack my reputation as a Mac consultant and expert, well, that is indeed actionable.

So shove it up your ass, Nussbeck, before I decide to chop your head off with your own words. You're out of your league, dipshit, I wouldn't wipe my ass with you, but I'll be happy to piss in your eye and charge you for an eyewash. Now go crawl back under a rock, you stinky little turd.

Once you get past the fact that the pictograms don't even exist in the first place (but let's say they do for S & G)-- based on Ronald Nussbeck's reasoning:

Keebler trucks are driven by elves who bake cookies in trees.

Many WWII bombers were piloted by beautiful, curvy ladies or various animals.

Quantas Airlines are piloted by kangaroos.

An apple computer is powered by apples.

Quaker Oats has ground up puritans inside.

Shell station pumps deliver crushed shells.

You get the idea.

Anybody have any to add?

David just to confirm... those round circular things with a segment cut out - the ones that Sereda loves to claim are huge craft - are actually artefacts from ntsc video?

I remember you said something like in an episode.

It's not so much an NTSC artifact, it's all about the optics in the lens, depth-of-field and focus.

Anything to add? Well, if Nussbeck's reasoning is as dependable as he claims, there's no way I'm opening a can of Green Giant corn any time soon. Same goes for snacks such as Monster Munch and Space Raiders - especially the latter. Heaven knows what 'animalnoids' might pop out!

I'm off to the store to buy a six-pack of St. Paulie Girls.

Reading a couple of the comments on that article.

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?

That article, WITHOUT A DOUBT, is the most absurd and ridiculous thing I have read this year. And possibly even last year.

Nussbeck is about as relevant to UFO investigations, as sticking a hamster up one's ass would be to Particle Physics. I'm not saying he has a hamster up his ass, I'm saying his head is.

The guy is a grade A Assclown. If he knew what he was talking about, he'd be teaching at Harvard instead of posting his inane ramblings to the internet. The guy is another attention whore, and his idiocy is nothing but a time vampire. Ignoring this clod is probably the best thing anyone can do for themselves.
