Indeed, I stand corrected. Nussbeck is truly moronic, I started listening to an interview with him on a car-crash called "Paradigm Radio" with the incredibly mindless "Raven", and I couldn't take more than a few minutes, my brain cells started atrophying faster than the speed of farts.

DAVID BIEDNY is alleged to have violated United States Code title 17 section 5 by posting selected private and personal e-mails of Ronald Nussbeck on this site in order to misrepresent the true facts and damage Mr. Nussbeck personally while promoting this web site. David Biedny then distroyed all postings on this site to hide his violation by destruction of the evidence on this web site while working with others from this web site in a conspiracy to deny Mr. Nussbeck his civil rights. Ronald Nussbeck's attorney is filling a suit in federal court against David Biedny and all involved parties in the conspiracy along with a civil suit for damages.

Statutory Damages.—
(1) Except as provided by clause (2) of this subsection, the copyright owner may elect, at any time before final judgment is rendered, to recover, instead of actual damages and profits, an award of statutory damages for all infringements involved in the action, with respect to any one work, for which any one infringer is liable individually, or for which any two or more infringers are liable jointly and severally, in a sum of not less than $750 or more than $30,000 as the court considers just.
In a case where the copyright owner sustains the burden of proving, and the court finds, that infringement was committed willfully, the court in its discretion may increase the award of statutory damages to a sum of not more than $150,000 for each violation plus attorney fees. It is apparent by your continued acts that your actions were, are willful.

Additional Damages in Certain Cases.— In any case in which the court finds that a defendant proprietor of an establishment who claims as a defense that its activities were exempt under section
110 (5) did not have reasonable grounds to believe that its use of a copyrighted work was exempt under such section, the plaintiff shall be entitled to, in addition to any award of damages under this section, an additional award of two times the amount
Any additional posts that continue to defame Mr. Nussbeck will be considered as further damages in seperate aciton.
