We should use AudioBoo.fm to post audio questions. It's basically an audio forum. We could tag questions with #theparacast or something, and you could just search that site for that tag.

It's especially easy for people who don't have the means to create mp3s. All you need is a mic. You can even post audio messages from your iPhone of you have one.
 
I think the best service to use would be one that offers mobile support. I bought a netbook about a month ago and still use tapatalk for most of my postings ( yeah I know it shows) as I rarely stick around home. The first couple of ideas...mp3 submissions vox mail...may have been the best ones In that regard. I don't keep up with social media/networking but there is plenty of free advertising supported messaging services out there. for instance on my android I use text plus Incoming and outgoing is free and you can send 250 character messages
