I'm glad you did, I would've had her going for days if you hadn't blew my cover man. Do you know how long it took to convince her I was an alien in the first place?

I think you hit the nail on the head - I've come to realise (and it has taken me some time) that a lot of people who post contrary opinions on public forums do it for entertainment value. Personally, I'm not really interested in participating in those sort of 'non-discussions' and I am now using the ignore list more readily than I used to.
 
When I'm feeling down and need some cheering up, I log onto Above Top Secret. It's a barrel of laughs.

I'm on there a LOT! I won't be two-faced and say it's a crap site and I won't be dishonest and says it's a beacon of sanity! It's got a lot of nutjobs and a few very good members. I've been promoting Paracast whenever the opportunity arises. If the servers are showing freak downloads of old shows...it could be me:) I've been linking the Haines interview over 20 times. Hopkins and Dr Jacobs, Nick Redfern, Frank Warren and George Knapp have been frequently linked.

I'm a reasonable skeptic and pretty unpopular amongst the true believers and 'forbidden archaeology' guys. I get on fine with some of the Mods...a couple not so fine! People post the shitty threads already linked and get a stick in their ass when me or anyone else points out the stupidity of it all. It made me chuckle when I recognised I'm in at least two of the threads. I put a hidden link to a stoopid idiot image for a joke (Napolean has an implant? WTF!). Some asshole didn't click the link and poked me for it.

I enjoy the site a lot, but recently there's been a huge rise in embarrassing threads and a glut of members without a demonstrable brain cell. Because I have a brain, I was accused of being ex-NASA by a certain forum legend. Others accused me of being a disinfo agent!

Hey Zombie-Octopus...I've seen you around the ATS boards. IIRC you're one of the voices of reason in the UFO section? Keep it up, the place needs a lot of salt :D
