But "Day the Earth Stood Still" was highly influential in establishing the early contactee movement. George Adamski allegedly met what was essentially Klaatu with long blond hair.

That's sad Gene I love valve radios.
I have a Revox B77 reel to reel but the heads are gone and I can't get replacements.
Yes Adamski would of loved the day the earth stood still,like his stories it was a great work of fiction.

Ah yes, I remember the Revox.

I worked with Wollensak, VM and Revere. Radios were mostly KnightKit.
