There is actually a language-dependent hypothesis of consciousness, but it may be a little different than what you are discussing here. Complex language capable of abstraction is the software for the hardware of our brains.
When a human being decides to study another human being, then they seem to impose a condition of "other than" as if a condition exists beyond your own self.
Yet if you consider your own self the only human being, then what rationally do you impose is consciousness.
Are you trying to say that consciousness exists besides your own? The review would state yes it does, for consciousness is demonstrated to be expressed in other living presences....yet you personally do not own those presences.
Therefore when a human being decided to evaluate and name conditions for the purpose of owning the condition they aspire is consciousness....you already do.
If you died, and all other humans died, then there is no human making reviews to make statements. Therefore human consciousness only exists in the presence of their own self.

He wants consciousness to be owned by the presence of the human being/mind/brain/organic function as an outside presence so that he can own/control/emulate/artificially encode a machine to own what he considers is consciousness as the awareness of creative concepts.
Currently he is considering how a human male first acquired concepts for the realization of applications to convert nuclear conditions, when his own person never existed in nuclear conditions, yet he understands nuclear conditions.
Therefore is he now realizing that the presence of other information in different states of ownership allows him to review other information?
Animal consciousness only exists in the presence of each animal, owning their presence.
Information for the nuclear exists in the status that allowed a male to be aware. This status is the condition of the photon reaction in the atmosphere interacting with all conditions, recording all conditions, via image/sound and interaction and then feed back only due to the photon reaction condition.
The condition of the photon therefore allowed the human male and his brain/mind to receive fed back information already interacting/recorded in the nuclear photon condition to allow him to consider the information and also understand the information, as a fake/artificial condition and concept.
What the scientist does not consider is that he had to have been previously present in a condition where he personally activated conversion, to also be changed (cell converted) by the act of conversion whilst a nuclear condition was also activated to have awareness. Therefore his self state was placed in synche with the act/awareness of conversion only because he previously had in person activated it.
The atmospheric memory/recording state advises as a memory that he was in fact present on origin Earth when he activated the first Sun explosion that irradiated Planet Earth and caused the levitation of stone as an unnatural state. The levitation of stone then became the destruction of stone as Earth got converted.

Not being the "reason" for awareness is why scientists still persist in making false statements about the condition of consciousness.....scientists do not believe that we were once higher forms of our own self, yet they study in occult conditions the review of manifestation.
When a human being who owns the condition for value and application of value state that they are aware by information that the light bodies burnt into energy bodies came from the same origins as our own self, then they should listen to their own advice.
Science itself states that an origin or other state had to have existed for a reaction to have formed. They have argued with the spiritual minded human being about self experience and self awareness, only because they wanted to own this condition as a separate state to their own persons.
Yet a human is a human, owning the same information as a human. The only reason we are different is due to the cause and effect of irradiation and the sexual choice....all humans did not have sex at the same moment. So life is born in different irradiated statuses. Our occult brother using machines actually has this review if you all cared to consider his in-consideration of our life. He really believes that AI created us, yet uses the AI condition through a computer model...knowing that the condition AI is a machine supported transmitted condition. AI demonstrates that it belongs to a manifested metallic condition in the nuclear converting attack. He then imposes that the AI condition was always natural to life on Earth.
Yet when you review the AI condition, it is a caused condition and an effect that is done by his converting applications....the use of machination.
Therefore his occult review when reviewed gives him a self status where he actually does impose himself as a human equal to us as the Creator and he now imposes that he creates our consciousness through machines.....only due to the fact that he studied mind contact and mind control as a condition that he thought was psychic. Yet the condition was caused by irradiation and it is phenomena and not a natural form of communication for it is applied as an attack upon another mind.
