Rense did post that article on his site, and he posts similar anti-Semitic Holocaust-denying crap all the time. So I hold him responsible. It didn't appear there accidentally; he believes this stuff.

Because Rense needs his wig cut.

I asked because I post things I don't agree with. Rense might be doing the same. If some other author made the post, and it was antisemitical, that is who I would conclude is antisemitic. Rense had a webmaster who posted stuff I thought. He said he tries to be an outlet for alternative opinions. If this is true, then just because something is posted at a site with his name on it, doesn't mean he necessarily agrees with it. If you wish to jump to that conclusion, go right ahead. I need to see or hear it from him before I bash him in this regard. You may be right, but you act as if Jeff is the one being a big jew basher. I hoped you could at least provide an article or quote that nails him on it.

Given your thinking, I suppose you blame David and Gene for some of the stupid stuff here. I can assure you they don't agree with everything they allow. Allowing something isn't agreeing with it.

Listened to him long ago when his show was free. But actually stopped well before his paid format started. The guy became way to radical for my tastes.

Same here in regards to when I stopped listening.

I prefer radical. Rense is a mush head though.

And it's not like he's posting all the "sides" of these various stories. I haven't noticed any Deborah Lipstadt articles up on Rense.

I believe in freedom of expression. But there's a big difference between believing in free speech and giving someone a forum. I'm sure the author of that article is capable of finding his/her own soapbox. You can get a blog for free nowadays. They don't need Rense. Rense is responsible, and tacitly endorsing, what is on his site and what is literally posted under his name.

Who you associate with, particularly on a professional level, does say a lot about you. Haven't Gene and David spent a lot of time on the show arguing this very point (albeit in a different context)? Rense is not just associated with this kind of hate -- he is literally promoting it by having it up there.

By the way...On the Rense site, right underneath the Noam Chomsky quotation, there is a quote from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. If you don't know what that is, you need to do some research on this topic.

I've just read that article. It's the typical, hate-filled rant of a bigot, and quite probably a nut-case. Who in their right mind could think there was any logic behind what Hitler did?

I've heard similar rants made here in the UK, against Jews, Asians, black people, and any other ethnic group that doesn't conform to the white supremacist WASP (white Anglo Saxon protestant) ideal. However many fancy words bigots try to cloak their hatred with, it still comes across as vicious, mindless and positively preposterous.

If I ran a website that accepted contributions from other authors, I would refuse to publish such tripe, because it goes against my own personal values. On that basis, I can only assume that Rense endorses such hatred.
