I'd donate some to the Paracast! And also to the Coalition for Freedom of Information.

Another idea would be the creation of a project to record all the testimony of as many witnesses and experiencers as possible- similar in design to the project Spielberg created to record the testimony of holocaust victims. I think a body of work like this would be useful both on the research side and the "political" side.
