Some people have songs. My wife and I have the X Files. I also like Fringe. But, if you mean "none fiction" I really have not been impressed with any of em. I did like Monster Quest when it was on. U.F.O. Hunters was entertaining. Ghost Hunters has become a joke.

I enjoyed several episodes of Celebrity Ghost Story. It really just amounts to spooky stories told by famous people but I enjoyed it. I enjoyed a few episodes of My Ghost Story but soon became disenchanted with it.

LOL! I watch the bigfoot show when I want a good laugh! "You see this habitat, this is the typical habitat a squatch is known to live in." The host treats bigfoot like a reality you can see at a zoo.

Those are all terrible. Read the post about the bigfoot show to see just why they are terrible.

I noticed that "Ghost Hunters" was not one of the choices, so I picked "other" to signify this as my favorite of ALL time. Lest we forget that Grant and Jason were out there during an era when the idea wasn't so popular and kept at it until finally acknowledged as one of the best organizations out there today. I love the way in which they approach the entire idea of "Ghosts" and "Goblins" as opened ended until proven otherwise, continually looking for the scientific reason behind the unexplained.

If I were to choose a close second I would have to say "In Search Of", also not included on the Poll. As this was one of the Grandfathers and thus started it all, excellently might I add, it has my vote hands down.

I enjoy "Ghost Adventures." For some reason those 3 guys seem like they'd be fun to hang around with, despite all the theatrics.

I also voted "other" because I think the best ever paranormal show was "In Search Of.." with Leonard Nimoy as the narrator.
I remember sitting in front of the TV every Friday night at 7:30 abuzz with anticipation about what new mystery they would show. At that age (12) a flying saucer was behind every cloud, a bigfoot behind every tree, and a Nessie in every pond.

I enjoy "Ghost Adventures." For some reason those 3 guys seem like they'd be fun to hang around with, despite all the theatrics.

Sometimes you have to like something merely for the entertainment purposes it presents....I also think they make the grade when it comes to this, and most of the time they attempt to make it as scientific as their personalities/behavior allow them too.

There isn't anything good right now that I'm aware of. Too much staged drama with flashlights and thermal/night vision and all of that. I thought UFO Hunters was OK the first season, somewhat tolerable the second, and then an outright embarrassment in the third. UFOs Over Earth was one I liked but only three episodes were made. Probably the best thing on right now is Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files, but that ain't saying much. That show is able to easily debunk 99% of everything they look at, which just goes to show how weak this stuff is.

Fiction: "The X-Files" (particularly the episodes outside the series "mythology") and "Millennium".
Non-fiction: to me, the show to beat will always be "Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World". "Arthur C. Clarke's World of Strange Powers" and "Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious Universe" are also excellent. Most attempts made in the past few years to do factual show about paranormal subjects are simply terrible. The seriousness is always affected by the need to create crown pleasing show-off.
