I get all kinds of warm feeling when I see this thread update.
Watching the video of the Twin Towers collapse the other day, I paid close attention to the fact that both building collapsed "from the top", exactly as expected when the top floors collapse on the 79th. Should they have been wired for demolition, the rig would have had to be set on or near the "planned" point of impact. The pilots would have to be aware(agree) to a point of impact, to mask the demolition.
A plan of this magnitude could not be pulled off, in the real world. Had there been any type of intervention, even a simple delay in flight, causing the pilots(hijackers) to miss their que... The whole operation would have failed. I hardly think it unreasonable to come to the conclusion that when one floor became too unstable to support the weight of twenty floors above, the conclusion would be exactly as it was. Now, if you want to make a case for the many details left out of the report(#7) you certainly have my attention.

No such towers were ever impacted and burned in that fashion; no other highrise had ever had hundreds of tons of flaming Tower debris fall hundreds of feet to shred and ignite its (wonky) internal structure.

Oh, and since the question has been asked... the real world *has* no Easter Bunny, of *any* color. I'm not surprised that a self-anointed "truther" wouldn't know that, though. Oh, and what do you *think* the fuel poured down the shafts did? Nothing at all?

A report about the *terrorism event* failed to explore the *engineering event* to the extent some think it should have. So?

When did he say this, before or after he had evidence of it happening? If it was after, he would have been lying- about something no lie could cover up. So I have to think that the reason he said it was that, at the time, it was true. Unusual behavior for a Democrat drone, true...

I would assume the basements were secured since the '93 attempt. I doubt anyone would be able to just roll a truck in.

A few seconds of burning jet fuel can not melt structural steel. period. burning jet fuel can not create thermite chips in dust.
A challenge to the so called skeptics here... show me just ONE other building in the history of mankind that fell just like those 3 towers... from a fire. I will wait.

Very true, SL and TMS. Of course, there has never been anything I would consider proof, of any deliberate explosions in any of the buildings. One person in a basement heard two loud noises some seconds apart, which I suspect were the sound of the plane impact reaching him through steel, and then later, air. In any case, buildings containing transformers and OCRs have enough potential to suffer explosions as it is- no need for anything more!

You know what I find amusing? The only ones claiming molten steel are the ones who say it is impossible!!!

What I find amusing is that some think a cruise missile hit the Pentagon.
Give me a break.
Now to do that and make it look like a aircraft, they would have filled it with
miscellaneous aircraft parts, luggage pieces etc. Maybe some body parts? Right.
It was stop and go traffic at that time. Witnesses saw the plane hit the Pentagon.
One person said that one of the passenger oxygen tanks landed next to his front wheel.
Maybe some of those were packed into that missile as well.

Well said! Not to mention that the "cruise missile" had a wingspan wide enough to take out light poles by the roots, just as wide as if it were a large passenger jet... We can always find amusement in the Magic Death Rays From Space, and the Magic Thermite, and the Magic Vanishing Demolition Setup, and the Magic Mini Nukes in the Basement that made the Towers fall from the top- and left my aforementioned earwitness alive, too...

I was just listening to some old radio shows... one was from Feb. 26, 1974. It mentioned a nutter named Samuel Bike, who had just gotten shot the previous Friday while trying to hijack a Delta plane at Baltimore International. His intention was to crash it into the White House, and he sent a tape about this plan- he called it "Operation Pandora's Box"!- to Jack Anderson. So the idea of this thing does go back even farther than the "Escape from New York" movie... I am not certain of his name, but that is what it sounded like.

Now, off to try and figure out what is supposed to be magical about the box cutters, passports, film frames, pentagon, and (then) nonexistent Pentagon defense system (you can't actually shoot down planes approaching the Pentagon as such, as there is an airport runway aimed at it, and after a few dozen planes get shot down, people are bound to notice and complain!). Et cetera.

By the way I witnessed a large steel frame building on Campus collapse from fire.
No, no plane hit it. Just a fire.
Any building can come down that is on fire in my opinion.
