Well AJ. Is being real. He shows his emotions, unlike the programmed jellyfish that don't stand for anything. AJ rants about major issues that are affecting us all in negative ways. Sure there's some showmanship in what He does, but what you call "insane" rants is odd to me. What's insane is the verifiable topics He rants about. The topics and news His rants embody are what people should be terrified about, not Him or the rants.

If I find the time I may watch it. As for the knife, it's illegal to carry any type of knife in Scotland unless its for use at your job, or fishing I think. 2 years in jail if you're found with a knife on your person, even a wee pocket knife, too many stabbings over here, well there used to be too many stabbings, now there's an acceptable amount lol
 
I guess I just find it difficult to understand the fear. Even if the government took away the guns, they're hardly gonna all of a sudden turn into mad facists. I go to the US frequently, you don't need to worry about it from what I can see. You live in a democracy, just vote the people out if you don't like what they're doing.
 
I have two broad objections to Jones' work. One is that his hyperbolic style does a disservice to the purportedly libertarian values he claims to champion. He is ostensibly libertarian--a champion of the "everyman". But at the end of the day his work appeals to the traditional right wing. He may give rare and occasional lip service to women's rights or separation of church and state. But an operational definition of Jones' activities would place him much closer to the neo-conservative end of the spectrum.

My second issue is his self-portrayal as a kind of One-Man-Army in constant battle with Titanic global forces of evil. He is forever outing and flying in the face of the "powers that be" (and I do believe such powers exist). And yet, like Batman, he somehow comes away unscathed and raring for another fight. Get real. If such forces in fact wanted him silenced or worse--he would long ago have been toast.

Please don't confuse my opinion of AJ with those pertaining to Second Amendment issues generally.
 
Definately a weird one, i have heard Don Ecker speak of a William Cooper who started getting a little crazy towards the end of his life when he a had a confrontation with some Deputy's at his Home and was shot dead..........i hope alex doesnt follow in that path!!!

Bottom line on gun control is the way to stop/control a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. An armed policeman will get there in time to call the coroner and file a report.
 
Best way is better education, better parenting and a free health service. Then that, after time, will negate the need for guns. It will certainly reduce the number of 'bad guys'.

What happens when the 'good guy' turns bad?
