Bombs in Boston

Free episodes:

Good morning Pixel. You want comments? Okay, here we go.

First up, who is this Potter? You say he is a "light" Colonel, I assumed retired? What is his backstory and why should I believe him?

Second, gotta be honest ... when he mentioned Alex Jones I started to tune out. Now, I will admit I have never listened to a full Jones broadcast but have heard audio clips of him and he strikes me a a fear mongering fringe loud mouth from the edges. And, I can recall going all the way back to the JFK assassination and the continuous conspiracy stories that have flowed forward for the last 50 years. Everything has to be some god damned black bag or black ops operation and I gotta admit that this makes my ass tired. I keep thinking back to Siggy Freud who famously said "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar."

I don't know the Colonel. I can't verify anything he said or his service.

I don't often listen to AJ but if you have never listened to a full broadcast then you can't really say much about him then. Maybe reading some of the information at infowars.com might interest you instead. He is way over the top sometimes I agree but he is spot on with much of what he says. Don't you find it odd there is almost ALWAYS a drill going on during these tragic events?

Actually Pixel I don't know this to be the case.

Nobody does, there is no verifiable evidence of any drills going on before the bombing, nothing but rumor and innuendo. It's just as baseless as the whole thing about the guy who lost his legs being Nick Vogt.

Maybe you missed this earlier in this thread.

So we had drills going on at the same time as the Boston bombing, the attacks on 9/11, London 7/7, an active shooter drill on the day of Sandy Hook, a drill going on in Aurora involving a shooter in a movie theater, a drill going on in Norway similar to the Breivik attack, a drill going on a few hours before the Madrid bombings, and the day before the sinking of the Estonia on 2/94. coincidence? I guess so.. but what are the odds?

Do I respect mainstream American media? Mostly not. Do I think Boston was a false flag operation? Not really. The only thing of which I am certain is that, overall, we know squat about who and why.

And how is it that Alex Jones manages to continually out the most evil forces on planet earth while living a quite comfy lifestyle here at home? Doesn't quite compute.

This whole case is bizarre to say the least and the timing extremely dangerous.

North Korean had a national holiday with ongoing nuclear bombing threats on the same day of the Boston marathon. NK had a marathon going at the same time believe it or not.

A big sigh of relief for maintaining cool heads while another explosion blasts the city of West in Texas. Imagine the state of mind of this poor guy coming back home from the marathon to get rocked one more time !.

Haunting question.... how would George W. Bush have reacted/used these events ?

Wayne Metrano, who is host of On The Street with Wayne will be on CyberstationUSA at 2:00 PM Eastern. He is currently stranded in his home in Watertown. From what I understand from CyberstationUSA this morning is ... the shootout happened by his home last night. He will have updates and what happened last night when he goes on the "air".

one patsy down one to go. i doubt they take this other patsy alive.
I'm not sure I understand this position. What seems to be apparent is that these two guys spent some serious formative years growing up in America and decided to respond to the world with murderous hatred. I know that there gave been some calls to tighten immigration but this really misses the point as does the 'patsy' position.

Increasingly the west is having to deal with disengaged male youth who respond to their society with extreme violence. Some will call these two terrorists, but I think they have a lot more in common with the many young, male gun spree shooters America has had to contend with recently. Every nine seconds a boy drops out of high school in the US. Where do these guys go? On the extreme end they respond to ideas of extremism. Recently in Ontario we had four young high school students who managed to find their way to an al qaeda training camp. Some of them converted to Islam; two were found dead in the recent Algerian bombing incident. Everyone in their hometown is scratching their heads asking how can these boys have gotten caught up in this?!

I think we are watching the future unfold: disengaged youth + social violence as entertainment + the age of extremism = homegrown terror. It's more than a problem when the violence comes from within. Blaming terrorism or mental health is just hiding from a much bigger social phenomenon.

Good Points. I'm not so sure that this will be nothing more than disaffected youth/ anarchsists. the chechnyaen islamic angle is probably in the end not going to carry as much weight And just like in the middle east many of the trouble makers are just pissed off youth.

The platform is there for these 'disengaged youths' to become extremists. That is still the main issue of concern.
The way i see it,it was an act of terrorism.

In the end it is of course a good thing the suspects got caught but the lessons learned in this case cannot be of much comfort to those who fear a big brother state
