I actually did watch it. It was the product of a mind obsessed with conspiracy. Those are from commercial jets. I see them flying over my house all the time. Lots of contrails in my area. OR it could be that they're chemtrails and that's why I refuse to accept it! I'm controlled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So he's just posted a video of contrails with some documents he found about geoengneering - the video implies that those contrails are chemtrails and they are being used on the population - they are not.
 
without testing the fallout from the trails in the video we can't know for sure. what we do know for sure is that they are dumping chemicals in the atmosphere. it is NO secret.
 
so you vaguely admit to the "chemtrail" spraying... do you suppose these chemicals rise into the atmosphere never to land on the population?

What you refer to as chemtrails, are contrails. That's what the video you posted is saying, and that is wrong. Whether or not chemicals have ever been sprayed in the air is not the issue - of course that's possible. However, that's not what I am saying.

Let me be clear so that it get's past that layer of tin foil: The images in the video you posted are contrails from the condensation of water molecules in the air. They are in no way evidence that people are being sprayed with chemicals.

How did you manage to do an analysis of these trails from a video? I am skeptical that you could accomplish this. If it was possible in the past that chemicals have been sprayed on the population why not now since it is not a secret there are doing just that? Please post an image or video of an actual chemtrail so we can compare.

Pixel, chemtrails only exist in the mind of conspiracy theorists. Those are contrails from jets. And who said that the population was sprayed in the past? I said it was possible that chemicals can be sprayed in the air - not the same thing as your chemtrail nonsense.

Testing on unwitting military personnel

In August 1949 a U.S. Army Special Operations Division, operating out of Fort Detrick in Maryland, set up its first test at The Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Operatives sprayed harmless bacteria into the building's air conditioning system and observed as the microbes spread throughout the Pentagon.[50]
The US military acknowledges that it tested several chemical and biological weapons on US military personnel in the desert facility, including the East Demilitarization Areanear Deseret Chemical Depot/Deseret Chemical Test Center at Fort Douglas, Utah, but takes the position that the tests have contributed to long-term illnesses in only a handful of exposed personnel.[51] Veterans who took part believe they were also exposed to Agent Orange. The Department of Veterans Affairs denies almost all claims for care and compensation made by veterans who believe they got sick as a result of the tests. The US military for decades remained silent about "Project 112" and its victims, a slew of tests overseen by the Army's Deseret Test Center in Salt Lake City. Project 112 starting in the 1960s tested chemical and biological agents, including VX, sarin and E. coli, on military personnel who did not know they were being tested. After the Defense Department finally acknowledged conducting the tests on unwitting human subjects, it agreed to help the Veterans' Affairs Department track down those who were exposed, but a General Accountability Office report in 2008 scolded the military for ceasing the effort.[51]

Testing on unwitting civilians

Medical experiments were conducted on a large scale on civilians who had not consented to participate. Often, these experiments took place in urban areas in order to test dispersion methods. Questions were raised about detrimental health effects after experiments in San Francisco, California, were followed by a spike in hospital visits; however, in 1977 the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention determined that there was no association between the testing and the occurrence of pneumonia or influenza.[52] The San Francisco test involved a U.S. Navy ship that sprayed Serratia marcescens from the bay; it traveled more than 30 miles.[52] One dispersion test involved laboratory personnel disguised as passengers spraying harmless bacteria in Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.[52]
Scientists tested biological pathogens, including Bacillus globigii, which were thought to be harmless, at public places such as subways. A light bulb containing Bacillus globigiiwas dropped on New York City's subway system; the result was strong enough to affect people prone to illness (also known as Subway Experiment).[53] Based on the circulation measurements, thousands of people would have been killed if a dangerous microbe was released in the same manner.[52]
A jet aircraft released material over Victoria, Texas, that was monitored in the Florida Keys.[52]

GAO Report

In February, 2008, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) released report GAO-08-366 titled, "Chemical and Biological Defense, DOD and VA Need to Improve Efforts to Identify and Notify Individuals Potentially Exposed during Chemical and Biological Tests." The report stated that tens of thousands of military personnel and civilians may have been exposed to biological and chemical substances through DOD tests. In 2003, the DOD reported it had identified 5,842 military personnel and estimated 350 civilians as being potentially exposed during the testing, known as Project 112.[54]
The GAO scolded the U.S. Department of Defense's (DOD) 2003 decision to stop searching for people affected by the tests was premature.[51] The GAO report also found that the DoD made no effort to inform civilians of exposure, and that the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is failing to use available resources to inform veterans of possible exposure or to determine if they were deceased. After the DoD halted efforts to find those who may have been affected by the tests, veteran health activisits and others identified approximately 600 additional individuals who were potentially exposed during Project 112.[54] Some of the individuals were identified after the GAO reviewed records stored at the Dugway Proving Ground, others were
identified by the Institute of Medicine.[55] Many of the newly identified suffer from long term illnesses that may have been caused by the biological or chemical testing.[56]

I sat on the chemtrail fence for a long time, but not anymore. Whether the contrails being produced now are substantially different because of newer fuel mixtures ( like Branson's vegetable oil ) or something they are spraying independently ( or both ), the trails we see from some aircraft are simply not the same as classic textbook contrails. These lower level lingering vapor clouds that thin out into a white haze that covers the whole sky are definitely real. I've been watching jets since I was 7 years old when I used to ride my bicycle out to the Calgary International airport to plane watch. I've seen thousands of jets and hundreds and hundreds of contrails, but only recently have these low level vapor trails that people are calling chemtrails been appearing with such regularity. Not to mention the greasy snow and rain associated with them. This isn't just some "conspiracy theory".

Precipitation and smoke/particulate matter have a very long history. Isn't polluted precipitation going to feel fairly greasy or is it just our sensibilities telling us this? I remember standing under the international bridge in the Soo as a teen arguing with friends whether or not we could actually feel the acid rain that should have been flowing from the steel plant belching carcinogens into the sky right beside us. Acid rain was the dominate environmental discussion at the time.

I thought you would have favored a call for a more scientific analysis of that greasy snow? Are these flights perhaps tied more to cheap weather manipulation than anything more devious?

If you want scientific proof for weather modification there's plenty of that. Cloud seeding has been going on for a long time. Perhaps some of the stuff I've seen locally involves that. I know they've been doing it locally to prevent hail from forming because it's been reported on the local news in connection with insurance claims for crop damage. But if that's all it is, they've sure stepped up the programs around here the last few years, and they're doing it when there are no storm clouds around. Our skies used to have a prevailing distinctly blue hue. Now the haze from these trails makes it all misty blue-white. Last week it was barely blue at all. The offending trails are obviously different than the classic contrails. If you take the time to actually go and observe contrails rather than just read articles about them, you'll see the difference for yourself. These "chemtrails" are often much lower and instead of dissipating they thin out like smoke from a fog machine. If it were my main area of interest I'd go get a new video camera and collect specimens and spend time investigating it. But it's not. I only study clouds as they apply to UFO sightings. The various types correspond to various altitudes that can provide clues as to an objects size and distance.
