Flight 370: Wild scenarios

Free episodes:

their interest in the patent would pass to next of kin anyway, its not the patent, if the patent just reverted to the ex president's club [carlyle], then the CIA unit involved would have just false-flagged a bomb, and the wreckage would have been found, right where it was supposed to be, the next day, tha's IF the patent was worth several billion dollars, 200 foriegners live's mean nothing for that kind of dollar.

This is not my comment. It is found at the bottom of the article but it agrees with Ray Standford :Comment: Dr. Mahathir is right about one thing: MH370 most likely did NOT crash. And its total disappearance IS a mystery that suggests there's something more to the story than we're being told. However, another possibility remains: Yes, Boeing would know how such things could be done to their own technology, but we think they're just as 'in the dark' as everyone else. There's one thing Dr. Mahathir is wrong about: planes DO just disappear. For example, Flight 19 and many others. But the circumstances surrounding such disappearances are usually just too strange to account for with our materialistic worldview. Journalist and author John Keel, for one, wasn't afraid to think deeply about the implications.

The staff at GeoResonance are not prone to conspiracy theories, we all deal with facts and science. It appears some of the authorities involved in the search have not been completely transparent with all of the facts. The MH370 tragedy has created more world interest than any event since 9/11, under those circumstances 100% transparency is a must. There are many unanswered questions.

The families and friends of those on board MH370 are dismayed that Inmarsat admitted the raw data released was only enough to prove their original model. Everyone was expecting all of the raw data to be released which would have allowed alternative models to be created. This could have shown up any errors that may exist in the original model which “assumes” MH370 ended up in the Southern Indian Ocean.

Judging by who spent the most money on the wild-goose chase, the plane is in Western Austrlia, probably just south and east of Darwin :)

Then there's this clue hidden by time travellers in the film Independence Day:

Independence Day (1996) ~00:15:41 BluRay edition:

pilot: "Command, this is Eagle Eye 370..."

In Malaysian:

"Command, ini Mata Helang 370..."

Mata Helang, i.e., MH 370...

I still think that the plane's crew stole the plane. It is hidden somewhere. The passengers are dead. The plane will be used as a terror weapon.

Any questions? Of course not. Thanks for your post, Flipper.

It was breaking news yesterday morning when i got up, so ive already had a full day and night of reporting.
A senseless tragedy that should never have happened.

The media both sides are going to report this differently, but while i have only heard western media these transcripts if real confirm what we are being told

Social media posts by pro-Russian insurgents -- most of them hastily removed -- suggest the rebels thought they had shot down a Ukrainian army plane before realising in horror that it was in fact a packed Malaysian airliner.
The Twitter and blog messages were immediately publicised by top Kiev officials in their furious information war with the Kremlin for global opinion and the hearts and minds of ethnic Russians caught in the worst East-West crisis since the Cold War.

The rebels first claimed to have downed at least one Ukrainian army plane over the strife-torn eastern rustbelt on late Thursday afternoon.
The VK social networking page of Igor Strelkov -- "defence minister" of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic -- first announced: "We just downed an An-26 near (the town of) Torez."
"And here is a video confirming that a 'bird fell'," said the post.

I also think its unlikely Ukraine would shoot down an international passenger plane, even to get Putin. They are trying to get the world on their side in this matter, that tactic would be totally counter productive.

At the end of the day Russia has to bear the blame here, if it was one of their missiles, then they are responsible. WMD's like this should never be given to rogue states/individuals. Should only be operated by trained personel within a working chain of command.

The world simply cannot tolerate WMD's like this in the hands of cowboys, who shoot first and ID the wreckage later.

Plausible MH370 was hit by similar missile? ( dont buy that story) as MH17 which happened on another flight year earlier when a pilot advodied a aggresive act by something was it a UFO/Unkown? which seemed to shot a some bright light/lazer? at another civilian plane over Malayasia-Thailand fight zone.

In the 2nd crash/shoot down 100 were top AIDS researchers. .This sounds like the plane was targeted. .and not a random victim. .

With 28 Australians lost, and those 100 researchers on their way to Melbourne for an Aids conference, this thing is getting the sort of 24/7 news coverage you saw during 911 down here

The plane was 10 klicks above the ground 33 thousand feet, it was a well used air traffic corridor, with flights before and after it was downed.

He said 15 out of 16 airlines in the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines flew the same route, as did many European carriers.
"In the hours before the incident, a number of other passenger aircraft from different carriers used the same route," he said.

Malaysia says most Asia airlines flew same Ukraine route - Yahoo News

It would be almost impossible from a practical standpoint to have singled out the plane carrying the conference attendees.

And while i dont deny i am only getting on the TV at least, the Wests version of the facts, the evidence thus far presented is this was a stupid mistake, the missiles command and control unit got a radar lock, the militia who had control of the unit shot it down thinking it was a Ukraine An- 26 transport plane

They had shot down one just 3 days prior

Ukrainian military plane shot down by rocket along Russian border - NY Daily News

The first vivid demonstration of the war in Ukraine's sudden escalation came three days before the downing of a Malaysian civilian airliner

A Ukrainian AN-26 transport plane was shot down by a surface-to-air missile while flying at 21,000 feet (6400 metres), an attack that Western officials believe was carried out either by Ukrainian separatists allied with Moscow or possibly even a Russian military unit

More than half a dozen aircraft had been shot down in Ukraine in recent months, but this attack was different. Before Monday, only aircraft flying at relatively low altitudes - within the range of shoulder-fired weapons - were thought to be vulnerable to ground fire.
For the first time, a surface-to-air missile with greater range had been used, raising questions about whether the rebels have acquired such a devastating capability, and Russia's role.
www.smh.com.au - MH17: Earlier downing of transport plane should have set offf warning bells

The rest is tragic history

The big question thats being asked now, is where did they get this SAM unit from, did Russia give it to them or did they capture it from the Ukraine.
There is some evidence emerging that this was a captured Ukrainian unit, with the Russians giving the seperatist rebels some training last week in its use.

On June 29, Russian newswire ITAR-TASS quoted separatists in Donetsk in eastern Ukraine, not far from where the plane went down, as saying they had seized control of a missile defense army unit equipped with the Buk system

If rebels were at the helm of the Buk system, they were not likely well trained in its use and may have simply misidentified it as a Ukraine military plane, Charap said.
"It's the kind of scenario that becomes much more likely when you give a lot of undertrained and unreliable people sophisticated weaponry,"

Malaysian airliner downing puts spotlight on Buk missile system - Yahoo News

If so both Russia and Ukraine have some splainin to do, Ukraine should never have let such WMD's fall into the hands of these clowns, if they couldnt secure such a powerful asset, they should have put a few thermite grenades into its control systems.
The Russians should never have given these seperatists training in how to use the asset, Systems like this belong in the hands of real soldiers within a rigid chain of command, not these numbnuts as history has all to sadly brought home to roost.

What a bloody shambles

The 100 aids researchers on their way to the international AIDs conference here in australia, compounds the tragic reality of this mess.
Some of the worlds best AIDs researchers were killed, as one spokesman for the conference said, "The cure for AIDs might have been on that plane"

He makes a good point, its not impossible one or more of those minds, with years of dedicated study behind them might indeed have been the one to crack the case and cure this disease once and for all.

Such a shameful waste

There are different world views and there is an alternate to the one in the Western media.

I'm going the plain vanilla route and just mention it's a real tragedy and while there were many lives impacted my heart goes out especially to that australian women that had loved ones on BOTH flights. Also i feel for current and future AIDS patients.Initially i also questioned the route the plane took but apparently there were other flights there, my suspicion would be that these other flights were a known factor and usual occurances and may have been a counted for i believe that because MH17 did deviate from it's normal path, this may have been a factor.

Absatively, mainstream media is giving us a very polarised version here, while the internet is giving all the versions.

And even the evidence that would seem like smoking gun evidence, can when seen through the filter of possible western interests and manipulation become suspect.

For example the US has sattelites looking for missile launch events in that region for obvious reasons, Russia is high on the list of targets for the MASINT early warning system apparatus.
They say they saw the missile launch and hit the plane

The U.S. Air Force has satellites in high-Earth orbit that use infrared sensors to detect heat from missile and booster plumes against Earth's background. Called the Defense Support Program, the system provides early warning for intercontinental ballistic missile launches.

High-tech spycraft tracked missile's path to Malaysia Airlines jet - Stripes

But of course the US could be lying about this because they have a problem with russias expansion into the disputed area.

The launch site was said to be in an area controled by rebels, but these areas are fluid, they change day to day week to week during a military campaign

The intercepted conversations that again point a smoking gun finger at the rebels were brought to us by Ukraine not the rebels themselves, thats suspect too

Ukraine could have pulled the stunt as a means of polarising global opinion against the rebels and russia, which is exactly whats playing out in the western world right now.

But they would have to have been damn careful about it, if you mess an OP like that up, the backfire is enormous, Russia would claim the moral high ground and use it to justify bringing "order" to the region.

My personal view based on events that happened prior to this one that the rebels did do it, it was a hideous mistake. and the only real question is where did they get the BUK system from.

This link suggests that the unit has been smuggled back to russia where it will be disapeared

Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17: Ukraine Officials Release Video of Buk Missile 'Smuggled Back into Russia'

But this could also be stagecraft on the part of the Ukraine forces.

Im also concerned about Russias reluctance to help investigate, though they now say they will

Even if the western version is correct Russia still has a degree of seperation , these are rebels operating with the assistance of Russia, but not entirely in Russias military chain of command. Russia has some leverage but not complete control of them.
A full and accurate investigation will either prove Ukraine did it, To Russias advantage
That the rebels did it, which Russia can explain is not their direct responsibility

Of course if this SAM unit was actually being operated by "little green men"

BBC News - "Little green men" or "Russian invaders"?

The men wear camouflage uniforms without identification and hide their faces behind balaclavas. Who they are, and how many, remains unclear. Since Russian annexation of Crimea, they're being called the "little green men."
Russian President Vladimir Putin only later clarified that the men in green uniforms without badges were in fact Russian soldiers.

Ie russian special ops

Then Russia is in the poo big time

Nice summation of the situation Mike.

As I said to a close friend by email yesterday "To cut through the propaganda one has to look at the situation in this way.. who has to gain from the situation and who will not. Russia has nothing to gain at all and Putin is smarter than this"
This is no black and white situation as the media is trying to paint it but so damned murky as to be damned near impossible right now to point a finger in any direction.
Personally I am playing a wait and see game myself as something just feels so off kilter to me that I suspect there are many hands moving behind the scene and we the public are being played.

One would think that given the hot button nature of the ongoing conflict in that area, there should be enough signals intelligence to resolve the issue. That's speculation--one of those things where those who say don't know and those who know don't say. But it seems logical.

The insult to injury aspect of this is that forces on the ground won't allow international teams trained in retrieval and investigation access to the crash site. This is unpardonable.
