Guest Suggestions for The Paracast

Free episodes:

After Peter Davenport's speculations on Clinton's golfing injury on the night of the Phoenix lights, and considering Clinton's own forays into uncovering the truth about Roswell--isn't it high time to get Bill on the Paracast?

Just got done watching the movie "My Amityville Horror" and think Daniel Lutz would be a great interview if you could get him.

Björn Borg, the head of Finnish UFO researchers with 30+ years of experience, well versed in the less known Scandinavian cases, member of EuroUFONet, contact in Finland for Mufon, author of several books and currently writing a book for field investigators (in Finnish). Hard nosed, hard to please, but willing to look at various claimed evidence.

Would love for you to guys to pick his brain and you might get along pretty well (hence an interesting show).

Patrick Harpur would be an interesting guest I think. And Chris Aubeck has never been on either I guess. He should prove to be an interesting interviewee.

Apropo interesting guests, any plans on having Allen Greenfield or Jerome Clark back on in the near future? Always a treat to hear them on the Paracast.

After UFOCon 13 last month, I think I have a couple of more to propose:
  1. Peter Resta, a PhD psychologist who often works with high strangeness experiencers
  2. The team, including myself, and the witness to one of our high strangeness cases, 12-058. That would be me, Marsha Barnhart, and the witness, who has gone public but I won't use his name here. This video shows one small aspect of the case (starting at around 34 minutes).

Graham Hancock - author and Ayahuasca proponent with the interesting agenda of consciousness politics; recently gave a TED speech that was disavowed by TED after the fact and made a little controversy

Adam Davies - a guy who goes on expeditions looking for the Orang Pendek (another bigfoot variant) almost annually; he had an interesting picture of who-knows-what that he says came from a trail cam - http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc6/408378_511012535588594_2090127629_n.jpg

Lon Strickler - authors the popular Phantoms and Monsters blog since 2006, has related many interesting/entertaining reported cases

Ben and Aaron from Mysterious Universe - they're my other favorite podcast, have a wide range of para-knowledge at this point, and the idea of some cross promotion certainly wouldn't hurt in growing both of your listener bases; they might get a kick out of being on the opposite end of an interview and are entertaining, funny guys

Being very stubborn I bump this.

And add the following as suggestions for return visits:
Richard Haines
Walter Bosley
Norio Hayakawa

Also, as mentioned before by others: Clas Svahn. He is in my opinion one of the best UFO investigators/researchers on the planet.

Furthermore I propose a free ranging roundtable discussion consisting of Jerome Clark, Brad Steiger, Timothy Green Beckley and Allen Greenfield

it would be cool if someone could be brought in to talk about the technical aspects of ufos , that is , what we can derive from sightings and some of the effects some ufos seem to have on the enviroment ; leaving behind yellow dustlike substance ( what could this be and what could it in that case do ) , wavelike "sphere" around craft etc . Shape of crafts and what that could mean. Why power outage seems to happen in some cases. Can all these things and more, combined , give us some answers ?
For some reason these topics are very absent in ufo discussion, when imo it is obvioulsy some of the most interresting things to discuss.

How about Don's old partner in crime, Dwight Schultz? He has a sharp mind and is very knowledgeable about UFO's and is a natural on the radio...

I really like Dwight. He's a brilliant person, and has a very good bullshit filter.

How about Kent Senter? He's the man who put the Greensboro symposium together. He was an excellent speaker, very friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. I truly think he would be an excellent guest.

I just posted on DMR's section asking Don if he'll contact Dwight on behalf of the Paracast to do a show. Here's hoping, I really like Dwight.
