As families achieve moderate wealth with decent education, these populations tend to level off and stabilize. Sharing basic welfare is The Real Peacemaker.

Also, no reason not to require Muslim nations to post bond for their male citizen's to visit our homelands AND SPY on these VERY LIMITED numbers allowed to visit here. Keep the bond money and kick-out the trouble makers. Other male Muslim "westernized" visitors can be PROFILED out as necessary.
