Just stop it. Man made climate change is a lie. Always has been always will be. 30 years ago they were worried about an ice age. They even thought about putting coal dust on the north pole, and in Antarctica to raise the temps.

You must have missed out on the 3 big articles I posted about the big UN Climate Change Bill, and who directly benefits.

If you think it's about saving the planet, you'd be dead wrong. It's about stealing the wealth of every human being, and putting it into the hands of Goldman And Sachs.

Yes, that's right. That's who will be getting paid, to handle all that money that will supposedly go to fight climate change. Notice China didn't sign on, and laughed everyone out of the room? Russia did the same thing because they TOO know it's a lie.

One Eruption of a volcano expells more carbon dioxide at a time, than every human being does in 100 years. The ONLY way that these people are going to get CO2, down to the levels they advocate, is if they wipe out 90 percent of every living creature on the earth, and stop all seismic activity.

You people who believe that Climate Change is all man's fault are going to be in for a BIG surprise, when in 30 years, it's cold as hell and you have to make the choice between heating oil, or food. Forget about even being allowed to set fire to something to keep warm.

As far as I'm concerned, the best thing every human being could do, is stop believing the lies of those who benefit the most from it.

She is responsible for a lot of our financial woes, and guess what? She's the central part of Cap And Trade, as well as the big Carbon Credits Scam.

Take a look at the UN Climate Treaty that they want to ram down our throats, and then tell me it's anything about saving the planet. It's a shift of wealth that you cannot even comprehend.

Global Warming, Climate Change, all this nonsense is a lie in order to scam you out of more and more money. You're already paying taxes on gasoline. Now imagine paying higher prices for everything. Imagine paying triple utility bills, and taxes on anything produced. Imagine an orange costing 2 dollars.

Now imagine that you're job, the one you work at is closing its doors because of the law the UN imposed. How will you feed and clothe yourself? How will you provide for your family when you can't work?

It's social Darwinism. Survival of the economically fittest. A lot of the people in the green movement don't understand that. Especially when most of them don't actually work for a living, for money that they generate for themselves. They live on hand outs and support from benefactors. Well when those people who hand out the money can't afford to do so, what are the greenies going to do?

Honest science has been repressed to make way for a lie.

I've always considered Friedman more of a self promoter than anything. I would never put him in the ranks of ufo thinkers like Richard Dolan, Jerome Clark, or Jacques Vallee.

A bit ironic, isn't it? As the world grows desperate for renewable resources, "bullshit" has become the most plenteous commodity of all. ::)

Let me know when you have read a few books, or have actually been on this planet long enough to understand that weather is cyclical, always has been always will be.

I do see the argument for Rush Limbaugh though.

What's funny is that there's enough hot air coming out of all sides of the argument, and not enough cool heads to prevail.

I agree that there's pollution and all that, but I don't believe in Man Made Climate Change. I would like a healthy eco-system. I am an outdoors person, avid hunter and fisherman. I am disgusted when I find people not taking care of the land.

I have always been this way. However, I also know where human beings fit in the big scheme of things. We are not nearly as powerful as we'd like to be. We are destructive, but not so much that we can change the climate of the planet. It would be like saying a flea's breath can make a dog feel hot on a cold winter day.

I do believe that we are seeing climate change, but not for the reasons that everyone thinks. Mars' polar ice-caps were non-existent for a good many years, because its temperature went up. Jupiter spawned a 2nd storm in its atmosphere because the temperature went up. Yet not one human being lives on Mars, or on Jupiter.

Now we're in a period where sunspot activity is at its lowest. Temperatures across the globe are falling. We have huge amounts of new ice forming in Antarctica right now. Just because the north pole is getting warm, does not mean that it's man made. There are undersea volcanoes that spew CO2, and HEAT of all things that are melting the ice.

Lots of people don't pay attention to those sorts of things, because they choose not to address them. Not ONE person in the realm of this environmental argument has addressed the issue of Mars or Jupiter's temperatures going up. Just like they omit, and forget about what Volcanoes are, and what they produce.

Thanks again for your post. I agree with some of your points. Personally I feel that the total of our industrial civilization has some impact. How much we really can't say at this point. There are many other contributing factors including the ones you mentioned. Solar output, vulcanism, global dimming, Milankovitch Cycles, and ocean circulation all need to be considered. How they all interact seems very difficult to sort out even with the "best" computer models. I am not a member of the "Gore Is God Club" nor am I on the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal. I try to remain open to all sides of the discussion in order to try to reach some understanding of the issue.

A factor that I am interested in trying to find out more about is how our oceans retain, give off, and circulate heat over the course of many years. It seems that the Pacific Decadal Oscillation and the North Atlantic Oscillation may be significant factors just like El Nino and La Nina have a big influence over shorter terms.

As for Mars, it seems that surface albedo may be a big factor.

As for Jupiter, it seems that the internal heat of the planet drives the atmospheric circulation.
