Well because just like Zecharia Sitchin and people like him who keep talking about evidence on Nibiru, whilst ignoring mainstream science, the makers of ZEITGEIST (part 1 anyway) have also spread this nonsense about Christinas being from pagan sun worship ! All mainstream and academic sources say it's also nonsense and any Egyptologist will tell yuo the stuff Acharya, Jordan Maxwell, and others who form the basis of the research of ZEITGIEST's part 1, all have all recycled discredited and debunked sources which first appeared at the turn of the century.
It's funny as the same people now proclaiming the ZEITGEIST message also believed in the DaVInci Code nonsense, despite that also being from 'credible research' which was infact a debunked deliberate hoax by a group of French surrealists who caused a few authors in the Uk to write 'Holy Blood, Holy Grail', a matserpiece on false assumtion and making connections were there weren't any, and all due to this hoax ! Then 10 years later, they tried to sue Dan Brown because 'The DaVinci Code' was basically lifting vertually most of the 'research' from the former book. I tell people even now that i knew it was a hoax 10 eyars ago but they insisted Jesus was married and had kids etc, and now they have latched onto the ZEITGEIST nonsense i also knew of ages ago which was debunked, and now the same friends claim Jesus didn't exist but was infact Horus, the Sun, and a myriad of other gods ! I give up !
Next week, who knows, next year some other new age 'experts' who 'know stuff' which nobody else does which has been 'surpressed' for 4000 years will possibly release 'new evidence' that the earth is actually flat.
In anycase jJesus did exist, and there's plenty proof, and pagan religions are not a recycled in Christianity.
It is true that secret mystery schools fearing persecution, such as the Freemasons, did hide behind government and religious institutions to gain power and influence and control events, and so trie dto infiltrate and subvert such organisations which is why many goevernmental and public monuments and buildings and soem religious ones have hidden symbols and pagan gods everywhere and then nearby have a plaque with "in God we trust" to delude or confuse people who didn't know much about all this.
The Masons knew if caught, they would be in trouble, but they have managed to infiltrate all banking, governmental, and legal systems.
In anycase ZEITGEIST has the same false assumptiosn and errors, people like Zecheria Sitchin and the Nibiru clan keep twisting to suit their own agenda.
ZEITGEIST has many false assumtpions and claims, but in researching Egyptology, you find that it says different things that ZEITGEIST claims, and also the same goes for other pagan religions......i mean there's a point in ZEITGEIST where it claism that the cross was used as a symbol for the Christinas because this represents the intersecting lines of the zodiac wheel.....!!!
I guess it didn't occur tot he makers of the documentary that mayeb the reaosn Christinas have a cross is because Jesus was crucified on one, and was actually a Roman execution method !
The irony is, ZEITGEIST has been debunked by many atheists scholars in Egyptology, ancient history and archaeology !
But sadly, the nay sayers, as those who keep on with the Nibiru myth, will stick by their 'evidence'.
It's like Holocaust deniers....they will convince you it never hapepned,a nd falsify assumptions and evidence to make it look like it really never happened !!!! It's all disturbing !
In anycase, if people don't wnat to believe in God or jesus etc, it's so odd they have to take the trouble to falsify and use debunked 'evidence', to appease their consciences. I say, if people don't wish to believe, they don't need to.
In anycase, some in the conspiracy community claim ZEITGEIST is actually a disinformation attempt to discredit 911, and to divert the blame away from the masonically controlled banking and governmental institutions etc, by trying to get all the heat put on Christians which are the 'enemy' of the masons since the higher echelons worship Lucifer and Horus, and practice a form of Gnostic and kabbalistic, occult practices.
