Just returned from an investigation of the ranch, the activity there is as active as ever. captured some night time close encounters on video.
 
Hi ryan, has anyone ever been seriously injured at the ranch in recent history? I don't mean by accident, but by whatever is occurring there?

Neither I nor any other researcher out there to my knowledge has been injured. I get the impression that whatever is out there can inflict such damage that anyone would likely not walk away from. Regarding the story of a firefight between the NIDS staff and the entities, I believe that was taken out of context and no such event ever occured. We have had a member paralized by the phenomona however. My most recent trip we had a close encounter with a blue ball of light, perhaps this was the same ball of light that vaporized the gormans dogs. It simply illuminated us and our position to it. The other personal interactions I have bore witness to was another researcher had a ball of light supposedly go through him, which he described as feeling like a warm water balloon, he suffered with depression for weeks afterwards. Also I myself have been bathed in yellow light on another occasion by a orb, with no apparent affect.​
 
I listened to an old interview with George Knapp which piqued my interest as he said that he'd actually felt at peace while there and that there was only one other investigator who experienced something malevolent. I get the impression that somehow it is something that is aware in the sense of it NOT inflicting harm upon humans, but communicating messages to the contrary. Would that be a fair observation?

Also, was there a quality of the light that made it somehow different to conventional lighting?

odd to mention this, skinwalker is the only place i have yet visited where i too feel at complete tranquil peace. It is very difficult to explain. This not however the feeling one has throughout the night as the sun goes down, it turns from jubalee to sheer raw panic/terror. It must have some directive not to harm humans in a phsyical sense, as the dogs where a tile of hair teeth and goo... the calf was ripped literally to shreds. I have felt I've received messages from them in one past event. I was alone at night with my video camera, i felt my mind was playing tricks on me as i got a message in my head to put the video camera away if i wanted to "see them". I did so to entertain my lunacy, and to my surprise immediatly over the horizon a giant ball of light began to hover over a ridgeline. Needless to say i jumpd for my camera, and once i did so, it promptly vanished.

Yes the light is odd, it seems to be a mix of omni and direction at once, hard to explain. I would think for the intensity of the light it would illuminate ALOT more surrounding area than it does... but it acts as if a dim bulb... again hard to explain. I have several videos which show it, but nothing like seeing it in person.
 
I'm actually leaving to investigate a possible underground base in Dundee WI and have the paranormal rv (lol) all stocked up and waiting for me in the driveway. I will try to update this thread later tonight after i arrive and settle in.

2. There seems to be problems anytime someone claims to have compelling video. Where can we view it?

3. Do you know Chris O'Brien, and does he know you?

4. According to you there was hair and teeth discovered at the location where the Gorman's dogs were allegedly attacked. Where might I find these observations?

It seems to have some sort of awareness, but alongside that, a freakishness that seems so out of place.

It's quite odd that amidst a place of extreme emotion that you'd find a sense of peace (apart for that guy who went specifically to commune/meditate with nature!).

The light descriptions seem to fit some objects/forms (ufos) that I've seen before. Seemingly high intensity light, but with no throw--inexplicable--these were orange/brassy in colour though.
