I think it is an airplane. You can see the strobe on the top of the tail. Most likely there is no sound because it would have been very loud as I think the plane was coming in for a landing. The bright lights on the wingtips are landing lights. Most likely this is a small business jet. At least that is what I think. I will defer any more analysis to the image specialists.

However, I am always immediately skeptical when you see folks that give a few seconds of video and end it before the sighting ends. If you can video this thing for a minute or two, why would you stop until it was long gone? It makes little sense.
