So I wrote to Nussbeck, citing my imaging credentials and that I'd like to take on the challenge. Here's his response:

It is with deep regret that I inform you that the Web Cam Video analysis is reserved for the Acedemic group mentioned in the article but I will discuss how you may also find answers to your questions. Do UFO's exist? Most definitely and the photo's prove it but no Scientific group will step forward for fear of validating PPP-Penetrating <wbr>Photographic Process. Let me give you a few idea's that may help you find the answer you seek with a concept of how PPP works. PPP took a single frame from the NASA 's STS 75 Shuttle Tether Science Mission's CCD video camera footage and enlarged it in cyber space on a 500 X 500 ft. screen, using only scientifically approved methods of enlargement in the process. During the process of enlargement light filters are used in each enlargement like enlarging a 4 X 6 photo to a 6 X 9 photo only PPP's computer program can do this endlessly. Now that the photo is completely enlarged the target information is then shrunk back down into a 4 X 6 photo.
The photo below is an over simplification of how PPP can enlarge a photo of a Needle, between the two red boxes below is a needle that was photographed and then the step by step enlargement of the needle.

The same process for enlarging the NASA STS 75 Alien Notch Back craft was used by and the scientist and the step by step enlargements available for the Scientific community to inspect. Your background may allow you to examine the NASA STS 75 video closer than most individuals and you may be able to achieve the same results as we did. Our problem is not being able to prove the photo are real we have the proof, it's is getting the Scientific community to allow us to present the evidence but then that would prove ALIEN'S EXIST.
The photo below is a Thermo image using Flash/X-ray imaging. Enlarge the photo to see what the Alien's hide from our eyes and camera's when we do see one or photograph one in our atmosphere. I believe the components on the exterior edge absorbs light and are externally mounted to cool the components, what is the temperature of space? The short answer is that the temperature in space is approximately 2.725 Kelvin. That means the universe is generally just shy of three degrees above absolute zero – the temperature at which molecules themselves stop moving. That’s almost -270 degrees Celsius, or -455 Fahrenheit.
During our investigation we have enhanced approximately 100 images of the craft from NASA's video. If for any reason you would want to challenge the authenticity of the photo's please go to the article and connect to the link Challenge and follow the rules. After reading your background you maybe able to obtain images of the craft on your own and if not I would be glad to help you along the lines of advise. PPP uses high speed chip sets and a computer program that speeds the process of photographic imaging.
I would agree to demonstrate PPP to you if you were able to obtain a Optical Scientist or Ph.D. in field to attend with you. It is my hope that the Scientific community will investigate but fear of the truth is greater than the curiosity of Alien's.
