for goodness sakes the "offer" is a public one, that makes this a public matter pure and simple.

personally i would have liked to have seen our resident expert whos credientials put him first on my list of people whos "professional" opinion would count for something.

were i wearing his shoes, i would have been tempted to use my expertise to get access to the highest quality copys of the data and have a look see.

much as we would all like to think the P in PM stands for private it doesnt, it stands for personal. i suppose we all like to think that the P means private, but everyone knows that its not.

do i like people posting and passing on my emails ?, no i dont, but i also am realistic and experienced enough to know that its going to happen sometimes. its a good thing to keep in mind when sending one, i always ask how will i feel if this were posted, and sometimes reword one on that basis.

again i would have liked to see our resident expert have a crack at this, but if the time or inclination isnt there then it isnt.that in itself doesnt debunk them for me

the pictures and process in this case will remain an open case from my pov, i admit they look odd to my untrained eyes but that doesnt automatically equate to fake for me

the question is an unanswered one thats all

I talked with Fussneck's lawyer and he proclaimed David types in invisible ink.

Wonder if Paul K. will read this thread. Wasn't he a lawyer? Law student or somethin like that?
 
This guy is obviously FOS. With the offers David made to present himself as is and the jerks refusal to look at him in any professional way is absurd. Then, to escalate it to denial of access and legal threats is comical. Still would love to hear him cut to pieces on the show though.

Think they have quite a few shows already lined up. Be nice to take a break from the frauds for a bit. I got the impression via one of David's posts here that he is going to mention it on an upcoming show though.
 
Here's the thing.

I openly mocked the guy and I used my actual name.

I have nothing to fear from a fraud. PERIOD.

Mr. Nussbeck is by the proof shown here, an absolute jackass, who has NOTHING to offer the UFO community, other than a gimmick to get attention for himself, and his idiocy.
 
In all the nonsense I dont think we even have an analysis of the pics. David would you be prepared to do a short analysis here? Im pretty sure I remember you debunking these in the past as NTSC video artefacts, or something along those lines?

I will not give this nonsense any sense of credibility by spending time analyzing images with significant resizing artifacts. The combination of video noise distorted by extreme magnification, and the ridiculous claims of "alien faces" in the noise, is too silly for any sort of serious consideration. This yutz claims to "know" that the images are "real", whatever the heck that means in this context. This is a big load of crap, and for anyone who has listened to this show, you already know that I'm not some banana-headed "debunker", I've seen strange stuff and want to separate the signal from the noise. In my professional opinion, there's literally nothing but noise here, nothing of interest to see. This is a guy who's also claiming to have found "portholes" in the highly problematic "lights" seen later in the evening of the Arizona lights event. After considerable amounts of discussion with witnesses like Mike Fortson, I think it's safe to say that the "lights" that were seen later that evening had nothing to do with the genuine triangular craft seen earlier in the evening. I don't buy that the later lights - the ones "analyzed" by this yokel - were UFOs, I suspect they were distractions sent up to muddy the waters. I'm not saying I KNOW this, but I certainly feel - as do many other folks who have looked at this situation - that there's a VERY strong possibility that this is indeed the case. Signal and noise, folks, this guy has nothing but noise. EOS.

Speaking of Mike Fortson - Im not sure how much more he would have to offer at this point - but it would be great to hear him on the show again.

Maybe hes spoken to more witnesses. That original episode with Mike is up there in the top 5 for me.
