Ronald Nussbeck is offering $10,000 to anyone who can debunk these UFO photos

Free episodes:

And there's more from Nussbeck:

---------------

David,
I see how you play, you put up my e-mails and left yours out rather than putting in the comments made between us. Your not a fair person so we will let the public know exactly how you operate your bully pulpit.
Best,
Ron

-------------------

My response:

-------------------

Ron,

I put up the entire contents of our emails. Comments between us? Are you cracked? These emails are it, there is NOTHING ELSE. Unless you're psychotic. Which, based on your emails, is entirely possible.

Sayonara,

dB

Ronald Nussbeck.

Another tard who thinks he's smarter than other people.

He is offering a $10K reward to ANYONE, not just Academics, but ANYONE who can debunk his idiocy.

I think captain retard needs to edit his article a bit, to where it states only the Chosen Academics can apply for the opportunity to "Debunk" his photos.

What an absolute retard. This is why God gave us Natural Selection and Handguns.

that's more like it. perhaps someone could mention to this fellow that when you say "anyone", it does not exclude "anyone".

I was going to leave a comment mentioning that at the site I linked, but I don't like giving out my e-mail to sites. Think a phony e-mail address would work?

I found some other sites dealing with this alleged offer. They didn't say "anyone". MUFON was mentioned as being eligible. Maybe tell Gene what to say David, he's a member:) Speaking of which, do you have a mundane explanation for the object in the pic David, or have you just been testing to see if the offer was legit? Imo, the pic isn't much to work with. Just another blob. Hard to prove one way or another.

Tommy, I was hoping you'd chime in on this thread.

Can you believe this shit?

dB

I'm able to pretty much believe everything I see when it comes to this, because it's ingrained in EVERY con man, that unless you can dupe everyone involved, you're not going to be special for too long. Nussbeck is a fraud. It's plain for me and everyone to see. If he had something that was utterly beyond scrutiny, his sorry ass would be letting EVERYONE take a look at it.

When I do a google for David Biedny, I find a litany of articles in regards to digital media.

That alone would make me believe that I should take Mr. Biedny as being someone who can actually do something competently when it comes to the field of image analysis.

Instead, Mr. Nussbeck relegates David to the wannabe category, that if he's in the company of an academic, he can attend. Which is a lot like saying, If your mommy will sign your permission slip.

What a fucking retarded douchebag.

I'm no where near qualifed as you David, and I could debunk these photos.

lol

This is just too much. Thank god I happened to click back into the thread after deciding I was done with it earlier today.

David I have this image of Bruce Macabee and yourself walking up to a desk, and Bruce showing his PHD creds and signing you in. Then Ron walks you into a room with a 500x500 photo blown up in cyber space ready for your perusal.

Being serious though, is this Ron guy mentally challenged? Maybe he fell over recently and banged his head, and doesnt realise it.

This is from the article Aaron posted.

"If you are qualified in this field (optical scientists, ufologists, optical engineers or PH.D. with field experience) and would like to take part in this “invitation only” event please apply by sending your request to [email protected]. You will be required to provide proof of your identity and the organization you represent. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence."

This is from the UFO digest article mentioned in that same article.

"I am offering $10,000.00 to anyone who can prove the photo's are not real. PPP has already proved the photo's are real we only put up the challenge so that anyone who wishes to DEBUNK the photo will know we fear no one. This challenge is now repeated for any doubters, Scientist's, MUFON, NASA, Governments or any individual I offer you $10,000.00 if you can prove the photo's are not real."
http://www.ufodigest.com/news/1208/aliens-exist2.html

So apparently you can can be a "Ufologist", "doubter", or "any individual". Yet somehow David has managed to not qualify. Thus I have concluded, as I knew all along, that David is not real and is merely Gene's alter ego.

All the Con Man need do, is to split hairs. The photos are real. What they imply is fake.

By simply saying that the photos are real, you've given credibility. People forget immediately what comes after.

These are not legitimate UFO photos. Nussbeck is as honest as Kal Korff.

its the same crap as when tabloids offer ca$h for a proof positive photo, no matter how soild your case they will never accept it.

Ask him to come on the Paracast, although I'm sure he'd refuse after his exchange with David. I'd love to hear Gene & David put it to him & tear him a new one.

I just got this from Nussbeck:

--------------

David,
I see you published my personal e-mails on your web site and mocked me without putting your e-mails up in order to distort my image of me? Is it legal? Is it Retaliation for disqualifying you from the Academic conference? Most people who try and destroy a person character with malice by group attacking the examiner.com article post page maybe libel. From this point forward your actions to repair any damages caused to me by you and your group will determine how I proceed. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Ron

--------------------

I responded:

--------------------

Nussbeck,

I've put up ALL emails, mine AND yours. If you're not savvy enough to figure that out, it's your problem.

Meanwhile, I see you've written two books of fiction, and some rather poorly written articles for UFO Digest. That seems to be the extent of your "reputation". Tell me, Mr. Nussbeck, exactly what are YOUR credentials as a "UFO researcher"? My background as an imaging expert is easy to verify. Who are YOU?

I'll be posting both of these, your email to me, and my response, right now. I'm being public with ALL communications between us.

And you might want to do some actual due diligence on me before threatening me. I'm not someone you want to lock horns with. Meanwhile, one of our audience members thinks we should invite you on our show. I don't think you've got the cojones, am I right?

Just a quick follow up:

There's been a hail of emails from Nussbeck, threatening me with legal action if I don't remove this thread. He claims that his emails to me are protected by law. I've told him that any further communications need to come from his legal counsel. Apparently, no one ever told him that anything put into an email is in no way secure, and the fact that he is sending the emails from an AOL account, with no notice on them as to imply confidentiality, and in the context of a public challenge to discredit images that don't even belong to him, puts him in a rather weak legal position. He refuses to provide any credentials as a UFO researcher. Big surprise, eh?

Just the other day I was wondering why there hasn't been frivolous legal threats toward the Paracast yet, like with other researchers or sites I like. I was reading one Loren Coleman had to endure etc.

Bout time. Congrats David.
