Some of you maybe aware that a that the slides of the mummy were taken at the Mesa Verde Museum, here are some pictures that demonstrate this:

Dang, Robert! This fire's not even quite out yet!

I don't know, it's been a great experience, and a model for co-operation, but I see it as a bit of an organic thing, coming together as needed.
I know, Curt, but from my vantage point you seem to have this minor blaze well in hand. The organic nature of the cadre was apparent as it seemed to spontaneously grow in size as the days went on like some kind of Marvel Universe action team finding each other & rising up to swat down the evil doers. All you need now is a nice mansion to hang out together in that has been outfitted by Stark industires so you can all continue your individual experiments and ply your trade. I wonder does Lance Moody automatically get billed as the Hulk in this scenario because of his name or his tendency to come "unhinged" as one pro-slide commentator put it recently? (That's a joke btw L.M. if you bother to read here at all.) Regardless, Isaac Koi will have to be Aquaman despite the D.C. Universe point of origin and I'm billing trained as Professor X just because (isn't he the oldest crew member?)

I hope you do continue as a team or at least, like those great Alien dome ships that rise out of the Siberian marshes to shoot down incoming meteors that threaten earth, your team will automatically assemble and activate as needs warrant it.

Have other people here duplicated the SmartDeblur of the Roswell Slides placard?
I'm collecting examples to help a couple of UFO authors better understand the process.

Someone here asked recently for guidance in applying DeBlur but I can't remember who or in what thread. So I'll post this here: David Rudiak posted some useful information about DeBlur and other software in comments at Kevin Randle's site yesterday.

I just attended a monthly UFO meeting here in NJ for the first time and on the PowerPoint, up came our little mummy friend. Myself and another gentleman enlightened the 30 some odd people that were in attendance what was up. I started to go on a rant about the ridiculousness of the entire thing. As far as shaming those responsible and explaining why. I think the die hard believers didn't care for what I had to say. Oh well.

The body is not anatomically correct for a human of any age. Make your own measurements: The length of the head is almost exactly the length of the entire chest and abdomen combined. Even in human babies the ratio of head to torso is significantly less than one.

Richard O'Connor, MD has this to say:

Dear Linda,
With regard to the ongoing controversy surrounding the Kodachrome slide photo presented at Jaime Maussan's Be Witness event in Mexico City on May 5, 2015, I have determined that, although the placard seen in the photo does read "Mummified Body of Two Year Old Boy", this statement cannot be correct (see below). I did confirm to my satisfaction, using the Smart Deblur v. 2.3 Pro software (as suggested by The Roswell Slides Researchers) that the placard does in fact read "Mummified Body of Two Year Old Boy", but that is as far as I go in agreeing with the widespread and surprisingly vehement criticism I have seen directed at Mr. Maussan and the other experts who presented at the Be Witness event. This criticism is uncalled for and needs to be rectified. I felt that their presentation from Mexico City was very well done, and very informative.

To Wit: there is a woman standing close to and behind the glass display featured in the photo. Using her cuff-to-tip-of-thumb measured distance, and using 5 inches (both mine and my mother's length) as a standard, I calculate that the being in the photo, even in it's shrunken state, is approximately 47 inches in length. This is calculated while applying a 20% increase in the woman's cuff-to-tip-of-thumb measured length, to allow for perspective in the photo. This is a correction which arrives at a shorter calculated height for the being in the photo. This being's calculated length would be the average height of a tall 6 year old male, and would be completely off the growth charts for a 2 year old. Therefore, the placard is false. As an aside, this calculated height would be very consistent with the average reported height of an "Alien Gray" being!

Additionally, a close inspection of the body reveals a number of glaring inconsistencies if we are to assume this body is that of a human being. One of the features most clearly seen in the photo is the left knee joint, and the distal femur is much different than a normal human distal femur. I work as an M.D. anesthesiologist and have participated in 100s of total knee joint replacements. I know what a normal human distal femur looks like. The distal femur in the photo appears much more streamlined. The femoral condyles are not nearly so bulbous as in a normal human distal femur. The adductor tubercle is not present, and there is no patella. Patellar ossification in humans begins at age 3 years, therefore, given the size of this being, a patella should be there, but isn't. Regarding other features, I count only 5 pairs of ribs (humans have 6). There are no clavicles present, yet all human beings have 2 clavicles. There are no teeth. The length of the upper extremity appears to be approximately 3- 4 inches foreshortened for a human being. The nose appears quite small.

I have no photo-manipulation software on my computer that would allow me to more closely inspect the details of the wrist and elbow joints, and I am therefore hoping that an English translation of the comments made by both the Spanish-speaking Mexican forensic pathologist and the Mexican professor of anatomy will soon be forthcoming. I am certain that their observations will be enlightening to many. A DVD of the event, provided with English subtitles, would be very helpful in helping the naysayers amend their views about this important event. I really think that many of them just did not understand about half of the information that was presented in Mexico City. They have all become so hung up on the placard that they cannot move on. Guys, the placard is false information, so ignore it.

Someone needs to find this specimen and carry out DNA testing to determine whether or not this is a human being. I would be most happy to contribute toward covering the cost of DNA testing. Perhaps this specimen may be at some obscure museum in San Francisco (San Francisco is mentioned on the placard). From what I can see in the photo, the question "is this a human being" is a valid question and needs to be definitively answered. My hat is off to Jaime Maussan, Richard Dolan, Tom Carey, Don Schmitt, J.J. Hurtak, the medical experts, and the video witnesses who came forward to speak their Truths. And to you too, Linda. Thanks for all you do to bring our world up to speed. BTW, great interview with Dark Journalist!

Sincerely,
Richard O'Connor, M.D.

Linda being Linda Moulton Howe.

The doctor claims that the placard is false because of the height of the boy. Bear in mind that the boy is estimated to be 2-3 years old but has not been x-rayed to verify.

The doctor claims that the child is 47 inches. He gets this by measuring the cuff to thumb length on the woman standing behind the case. We see her hands through 2 panes of glass. Assuming that there isn't any refraction (and I think there is), we still have no idea how large or small her hands are. That's pretty weak evidence to claim that the placard must be false.

I think the child is smaller than that. Here's what I think. I think it's very likely that that those shelving brackets are adjustable in increments of 1 inch. It's also convenient because there is no foreshortening. Assuming the bracket holes are an inch apart, it would make the mummy closer to 35-39 inches. Spot on for a 2-3 year old. I'm sure someone else could find another angle to verify the length.

The doctor says it has no clavicle, how could he possibly know?
There is a fragment of cloth around the neck. The clavicle area is obviously covered up... That alone makes me wonder if he needs glasses.

Found this image of a comparison to a mummy in the Smithsonian. Ratios look virtually identical to me.

"Someone needs to find this specimen and carry out DNA testing to determine whether or not this is a human being."

The Child in question has been reinterred (reburied). Let him rest in peace.
Woe betide any fool that wishes to disturb his eternal rest, no good will come of it, mark my words!
Cant you see the damage that has already been done?
RESPECT the wishes of whoever buried him.
I challenge anybody to find an expert in anthropology, that would be prepared to stake their reputation on two blurry slides alone without the offer of a large paycheck!
I am convinced that the reason no US expert was prepared to take part in the SHOW was because they were aware of the feelings of the people whom the CHILD belonged to, that is to say that: the Mummies of the Mesa Verde Museum were returned and reburied for legitimate reasons, and even photography of said mummies is offensive to those people.

"Doctors" that work on living patients are experts on living people, they are not qualified to speculate on mummified remains, that is the work of archaeologists and historians, let us remind ourselves of some famous "Doctors" like Jonathan Reed and Steven Greer..............

Just because you are a qualified doctor does not mean you are not deluded, for example DR Howard Shipman or MJ's "Doctor/pusher" Conrad Murray. Need I even say DR Josef Mengele?

The placard is irrelevant full stop (period US).

"Using her cuff-to-tip-of-thumb measured distance, and using 5 inches (both mine and my mother's length) as a standard,"
This reminds me of a certain Norman Bates!

I am in receipt of a message from the "otherside" and it says:
leave our boy alone, or face the consequences, you have been warned time and again.................

Maybe the slide peddlers should use their ill gotten gains to hire a witchdoctor because: believe you me a lot of bad "energy" is coming their way!

I agree Han, let the boy rest in peace.

It occurs to me that while it is still early, a new record has been set,
one that'll probably stand for a long while.

quoting: "... I am therefore hoping that an English translation of the comments made by both the Spanish-speaking Mexican forensic pathologist and the Mexican professor of anatomy will soon be forthcoming."

If this anatomical inquiry is to go any further (if it actually can on the basis of the slides), the written reports of those two Mexican specialists will be critical. In the meantime it would be helpful for non-Spanish-speaking scientists to have a clip of their presentations at the May 5 event with subtitles in English and other languages.

Does anyone here have a link to an English-subtitled clip of those presentations? And does anyone here know whether the written reports have been translated into English yet, and if so where they can be read online?

One further thought: even if it is possible a) to conclude from further analysis of the slides by anatomical and forensic experts that the being in the slides departs significantly from average human anatomical characteristics -- and b) to rule out various birth defects and diseases that could account for the differences -- that in itself could not guarantee that the being in the glass box must be an extraterrestrial. For one thing, we're aware of a number of evolutionary variations among hominid species, including the Denisovans and the very small protohuman species discovered by anthropologists about eight years ago (whose name I've forgotten; informally referred to as the 'hobbit species'). The Dropa people might also have been a terrestrially evolved species. There is also the possibility of hybrids whose origins on both sides we do not know.

What we don't know about life on this planet so far outweighs what we do know that the 'Roswell slides' might indeed become a subject of interest to some academic, medical, and forensic specialists in the future. I do hope that that interest, if it develops, does not lead to attempts to locate and exhume the being in the slides. If it does, however, it won't be the first time that scientific interests have conflicted with the interests and values of indigenous peoples.
