First of all my arguments in this thread obliterate destroy and put to rest any theory put forth that Trayvon deserved to be shot and deserved to die that night.

The Zimmerman huggers are desperately attempting to insult and make up lies about a dead 17 year old child and I will lay to rest this nonsensical uninformed narrative.

10 facts that prove Trayvon was innocent and did not deserve to die:
(warning if you only watch Fox you might be new to these facts)

THESE FACTS WERE PRESENTED IN COURT:

1. No blood or DNA was on Trayvon's hands, arms, or body that belonged to Zimmerman
for Zimmerman lovers who have a hard time understanding this, let me explain slowly so you can understand.

- If Trayvon punched Zimmerman and banged his fat head into the cement multiple times blood and DNA would be on Trayvon's hands and on his body.
None was found-----------on Trayvon

2. No Zimmerman blood on cement
This excludes that theory, Zimmermans head never was banged on cement or there would be blood present.
(explain that Don)

3. Trayvon was yelling for help 5 seconds before the gun shot was heard.
Here is the audio of Trayvon yelling for help

If Trayvon was yelling for help how can Zimmerman claim he needed to be shot?

4. lies told by Zimmerman
a)Zimmerman said he put Trayvons hands out to the side but the body was found with the hands underneath and not out to the side
b)zimmerman said the incident happened at the T when the body was found over 40ft away and Trayvons Android was found there were the struggle happened.
c) zimmerman lied to Hannity (typical) and said that he did not know what stand your ground was but in court we learned that Zimerman was taught this many times in his classes for the police and knew all about it.

5) Zimmerman was pursuing Trayvon even though he was not doing anything wrong. Second, he continued his pursuit although he was told explicitly by a 911 operator to stop doing so. This pursuit showed that he was engaging in racial profiling. Since he presumed that Trayvon must have been doing something wrong, Zimmerman was more likely to initiate the confrontation that eventually led to the death of a 17-year-old.

6) Zimmerman claimed Trayvon magically punched his face over 25 times LOL
yeah right
Zimmerman had minor microscopic injuries no broken nose nothing.
Zimmerman was not even bleeded anymore 30 minutes after he murdered the kid.

7. Trayvon was on the phone with a witnesses who told the court under oath that Trayvon said someone was following him and that someone yelled "what are you doing here"
She also said she heard someone attack Trayvon.

8) An eyewitness looked out her window as testified in court and saw Zimmerman on top and heard someone yelling for help. It sounded like a boy she said which is Trayvon who was 17 and Zimmerman is almost 40.

9) Trayvon had no weapons only skittles and was walking legally down the street to his fathers home and had every right to be there. If Trayvon punched that fat Zimmerman once then Trayvon had the right to do so in order to defend himself.

10) Watch the opening statements by the State yourself

No evidence of Trayvon punching Zimmerman
No evidence of Bashing head into concrete 20 times

The only evidence is a black 17 year old walking home from the store to his fathers apartment to watch the NBA all star game.

1. Zimmerman called the police to report Martin’s “suspicious” behavior, which he described as “just walking around looking about.”
Zimmerman was in his car when he saw Martin walking on the street. He called the police and said: “There’s a real suspicious guy. This guy looks like he’s up to no good, on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking about… These a**holes always get away” [Orlando Sentinel]
2. Zimmerman pursued Martin against the explicit instructions of the police dispatcher:
Dispatcher: “Are you following him?”
Zimmerman: “Yeah”
Dispatcher: “OK, we don’t need you to do that.”
[Orlando Sentinel]
3. Prior to the release of the 911 tapes, Zimmerman’s father released a statement claiming ”[a]t no time did George follow or confront Mr. Martin.” [Sun Sentinel]
4. Zimmerman was carrying a a 9 millimeter handgun. Martin was carrying a bag of Skittles and a can of iced tea. [ABC News]
5. Martin weighed 140 pounds. Zimmerman weighs 250 pounds. [Orlando Sentinel; WDBO]
6. Martin’s English teacher described him as “as an A and B student who majored in cheerfulness.” [Orlando Sentinel]
7. Martin had no criminal record. [New York Times]

8. Zimmerman “was charged in July 2005 with resisting arrest with violence and battery on an officer. The charges appear to have been dropped.” [Huffington Post]
9. Zimmerman called the police 46 times since Jan. 1, 2011. [Miami Herald]
10. According to neighbors, Zimmerman was “fixated on crime and focused on young, black males.” [Miami Herald]
11. Zimmerman “had been the subject of complaints by neighbors in his gated community for aggressive tactics” [Huffington Post]
12. A police officer “corrected” a key witness. “The officer told the witness, a long-time teacher, it was Zimmerman who cried for help, said the witness. ABC News has spoken to the teacher and she confirmed that the officer corrected her when she said she heard the teenager shout for help.” [ABC News]
13. Three witnesses say they heard a boy cry for help before a shot was fired. “Three witnesses contacted by The Miami Herald say they saw or heard the moments before and after the Miami Gardens teenager’s killing. All three said they heard the last howl for help from a despondent boy.” [Miami Herald]
14. The officer in charge of the crime scene also received criticism in 2010 when he initially failed to arrest a lieutenant’s son who was videotaped attacking a homeless black man. [New York Times]
15. The police did not test Zimmerman for drugs or alcohol. A law enforcement expert told ABC that Zimmerman sounds intoxicated on the 911 tapes. Drug and alcohol testing is “standard procedure in most homicide investigations.” [ABC News]

Oh yes Ryan, you must be right. That's why the jury refused to convict him, right?

Decker

Don and the jury acquitted O.J.

Just because a jury makes a decision does not mean its the correct decision.

But with all due respect Don. Zimmerman was not bashed into the cement by Trayvon.

Don I usually dont disagree with you this much but on this one I do.

That does not involve anything personal at all.

Its just a plain disagreement and friends can disagree.

Hope DMR returns this week.

Bullshit Ryan, simply Bullshit. I have "cleaned up" a few crime scenes and I closely observed the photos in this one. His head was opened and he was bleeding. Personally believe what you wanna but you won't convince me. Okay?

I thought the jury selection that was outside the Black experience in America was interesting to say the least. This made, what has been a history of the justice system in America working against Black people, an entirely predictable event out of what the jury quickly decided. Important questions regarding the outcome of this trial were asked by your President: in a 'stand your ground' society would it have been agreeable for this tragedy to have been played out as a wild west movie plot line where Trayvon was armed as well? Is there any responsibility to be had by a man who was told not to follow Trayvon but decided he woud any way? This combined with Zimmerman's statements on the phone about 'these guys always getting away with everything' seems to establish an emotionally charged bias familiar across the history of Black men dying at the hands of a vigilante mentality.

More important than Trayvon's innocence is the overdue dialogue in America that never was finished from the times of lynchings. It is a strange fruit in indeed that America still plants and harvests.

This case has made media headlines but people of all races are killed everyday and agree or disagree with the outcome lets not forget the brave men and women dieing in Afganistan and other so called policing war which the media rather not focus on.

They should put Zimmerman on the cover of Rolling Stone to "make him look like a rockstar" too. PFFffff It's all such unimportant hogwash. I suppose America loves their trials, truthfully I am sick of them. OJ, MJ, Casey Anthony, that crazy lady who stabbed her boyfriend a bajillion times and now this crap. No one alive knows what happened that night except for Zimmerman and if he is guilty he will have to live the rest of his life with that guilt, however long that life maybe. I'm sure many people are willing to act for karma in this case. Then again, I heard that about OJ too and he is still alive and kicking. These cases are a distraction from more important things that are going on in this world that are not being reported.

1. There was no blood or DNA from Zimmerman on the cement found
2. The scratches were less than a centimeter long and he never even needed to go to the hopital
3. My theory is that Trayvon tried to defend HIM self and STAND his ground from a wannabe cop who thought he had the right to arrest someone.

centimeter scratches, if you you have your head bashed into the cement over and over and over the injuries would be much worse than that.

Zimmerman was caught lying multiple times. He tried to cover his tracks by lying. I felt manslaughter would be appropriate charge but apparently the jury didnt

Trayvon was captured on video purchasing items known to make a drug like concoction shortly before the incident. Not a reason to shoot him but it sounds like he was NOT simply a "child buying candy" then got shot.

"Trayvon, with his hoodie up, grabs two items from the shelves of 7-11. One is the Skittles. The other is Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail. The media avoid the name of the real drink — possibly because of the racial implications of the word “watermelon,” but possibly to avoid probing the real reason for Trayon’s trip.
Trayvon, in fact, had become a devotee of the druggy concoction known as “Lean,” also known in southern hip-hop culture as “Sizzurp” and “Purple Drank.” Lean consists of three basic ingredients — codeine, a soft drink, and candy. If his Facebook postings are to be believed, Trayvon had been using Lean since at least June 2011."
