I dont have a problem with the B&B starmap issue.
Yes its logical the ships navigation systems would not need a "map" such as was shown to the Hill's
But if your trying to illustrate where you come from to a person on earth, a map showing that from the perspective of earth, is logical imo

Absolutely that makes sense to me. I have many issues with the Hill abduction case but nobody with a brain can deny how fascinating it is -- only meant to contextualize the original statement.

It wasn't from the perspective of earth, and they didn't identify their home or our sun. Of course alien origination from Zeta Reticuli based on the interpretation of a star map drawn under hypnosis seems shaky, but I suppose it'll be testable fairly soon, with planet finding techniques.

Don't count on it! We are to busy bringing "democracy" to the middle east with the barrel of a gun and crying racism everytime somebody questions a sacred cow. Waaay to busy with tailgating and then cursing about gas prices to worry about drilling our own oil or getting alternative energy sources. Waaay to busy with Viagra to worry about cancer research and waaaay to busy propping up corrupt leaders to worry about world hunger. Way to busy with the latest patent on the new wonder drug to cure baldness or lower our bad cholesterol without any exercise ( Just don't take it on Monday or pass a pregnant woman or if you have a liver or a spleen or have ever eaten a candy bar. To do so can make you sterile, blind, senile and loose all control of your bladder. Take as directed and don't miss a dosage, but if you do then wait to take it the next day, Never let a small child or an elderly person touch it and if you have an erection lasting over 4 hours either call your doctor or head to the nearest red light district)

Anyway, we don't have the money or the time to worry about space don'tcha know. :-)

Why has this thread turned into a clarification of the Betty and Barney Hill case?

If anyone took the time to really read the spewed forth Crap Barney Hill gave his hypnotist during his supposed regression, it read exactly like the bad sci-fi drive-in serials being shoved down the viewing audience's throats that day.

Can someone on this forum reach deeply into his or her magic hat and pop out something within the viable context of "Where did all the skeptics go?", because verification of Zeta Reticuli as a home base for Mork just isn't making it.

I know, how about someone clarifying just why it is that most of the skeptics in today's society are leaning toward the side of E.T. and E.T.H. being nothing but a lot of hot air and definitely not this viable happenstance all the wannabe alien's want it to be?

How most feel it's psychological in manifestation, and would rather move on to actual scientifically measurable investigatory subjects with matter, than beat a dead horse into faking evidence in order to gain some important leverage.....only to spew forth more ridiculous notions and wannabe propaganda?

Now that would be a miracle!:mad:

No No my friend, please...please.....It is I that must thank you for the quick witted ripostes, the way in which you move the phrases across the screen with such monster font-tastic' clarity; the genuine insight never taking too much, yet never leaving that which all of us enjoy as the educational "keep all"...or dare I say it...."keep sake" of the paranormal universe.

Well... Hopefully the planet-hunters can have their coffee so they can get to the task of finding more planets. It only takes a few open eyes.

Unfortunately it is not sleepy time!! Still have to work two more nightshifts this week, but at least I have the Paracast and other such goodies to keep me awake.

Not planet-hunting. Bummer. Although, recall that T.P.T.B. scoffed at the first planet-hunters before the first exoplanets were actually found!!
