My ideal meal would be

Starters: Tyropitakia (cheese pie), Tzatziki (youghurt dip), Humus (mashed chickpeas), Patlican sozlu (Smoked aubergines & Tomatoes), melanzane parmigiana (Aubergine, tomato and parmesan baked), Chorizo (paprika sausage), mortadella (Itallian sausage cold), Pastrami, Greek salad (Tomato, Onion, Cucumber and goats cheese) and Fresh Pitta bread (unleavened bread pockets).

Main course: Kleftico (very slowly roasted Lamb shank), Rice (Long grain), Roasted potatoes, Lamb chops Grilled and Souvlaki (lamb kebabs).

Pudding: Lemon meringue pie

Cheese course: Beag (Irish brie), Cheddar and Dolcelatte (Itallian blue cheese) served with cream crackers (English savoury biscuits).

Coffee: double espresso

Drinks: before meal: Havana club Rum with cola fresh lime and ice.
with starter: Budvar beer
with main course: Budvar beer
with pudding, cheese course and coffee: cold water
after coffee: more Havana club Rum with cola fresh lime and ice, and cigarettes (hand rolled)
after: more Havana club Rum with cola fresh lime and ice, and ciggarettes (hand rolled): Bed (to sleep off the meal Anaconda style) with a beautiful woman.

I know this seems like enough food for ten meals, but I would only eat a small amount of each dish.

Peace and love han

A good chicken bhuna, peshwari nan bread and a couple of chappti, followed by peanut butter cheesecake. Or maybe chicken satay, soft noodles and spring rolls? My wife makes a mean cheesecake or my sisters key lime pie.... you know if I miss any good fresh meal I think I'd be depressed. Apart from raw tomatoes. They disagree with me. And beetroot. What is the point? With that in mind I'm off to make some simple jam on toast and a cup of tea.....

T-bone steak, chips, onion rings, onion gravy, boiled egg salad side dish, fresh cob bread and butter, pint mug of milky tea.

cant beat sharing a nice huge meal with our spouse, then sleeping it off in the hammock while she washes up.
