yay! i got the macbook to display on my hdtv. this will be awesome. i see the times have changed. I received this message. "There is one correction. The time zone converter we used online did not adjust GMT for daylight savings time. The correct GMT time for the conference is 19:00 GMT ." is that 1 pm Central then? the conversions i found are confusing. i live in minnesota, what time will it start?
 
OK, there seems to be some confusion about the starting time, although it has been on the site as 12NOON PST and not changed. GMT is England. Kevin listed that because we have international attendees. If you're in Minnesota, just calculate from Pacific time. 12 Noon PST. :)
 
I think I've figured out the confusion for some: The speakers are independently announcing the time they are on, rather than what time the show starts. Your ticket is for the entire show, not just one speaker. The show starts at 12 Noon PST. If you really only want to watch one speaker, go to the kevinsmithshow.com/AU/ page and look at the order listed there -- the order is listed twice, in photos and title of talk. The order you see there is the order of appearance. Also, the times listed are us trying to help out by showing what time it is elsewhere when it is 12 Noon in California.

my broadband is shite and my audio is intermittent. i know it's my provider's fault, not the conference.
and when i call to complain i will be connected to bloody calcutta to someone who reads a script and takes an hour to get to what i know is the problem. and i cannot understand her indian accent.

U think we have no choice over the commercials? I don't know if I am missing stuff when they come on?
So far, after going hardline instead of wi-fi, sound is great and picture is fine. Good, good, good!
