Speaking of Stan, ive had another strange coincidence today,
I spent the afternoon in the hot tub with some home made ginger beer that tastes like dishwater with ginger in it but i digress.
I had grabbed a Dr Who novel from my pile of unread ones to read in said tub, The face of the enemy, by David McIntee.
And on page 31 the brigadier wants to call liz shaw back from retirement because jo grant and the Dr are missing.

But he cant

Sgt Yates informs him...... "she can't , she's off in america somehere on a lecture tour with stanton friedman and carl sagan.

this was tested in 1977 yet today its not even listed as a military tech? and as far as its secret goes we all know U 2,s SR 71's and B2s exist so let me ask you this....
when was the last time you HEARD of a JAWS system being used by the military?

As of monday, US warships had fired nearly 200 tomahawk land attack cruise missiles, costing roughly 1 million a piece, US aircraft had dropped 455 precision guided bombs. Those weapons vary in price but according to an Air Force fact sheet JDAM tail kits cost roughly $22,000 each.

But again, Stanton Friedman has phoned him and is investigating the case, i'd love to know what he thinks of it.

The claim was this. Sgt Norton claimed the UFO in the video on his Facebook, was above his trunk for seven minutes, or so plus, he got out of his trunk he alleged, and filmed it.

I had a look at this video on his Facebook page.

Well that video was not filmed by him, as that video was posted back in 2007-2008 ... Its a known hoax.. So it obvious to me, he is not telling the truth here, he is posting a video claiming he filmed it, when in Fact, he hasn't!!!!

Vanquez and Norton are hoaxers and frauds those two guys need to exposed quickly before they do any more harm.

VHS was relesed in in July1977!!! the best he could have done was FILM it with a movie cameras...long play VHS relesed 1980 maybe he transfered everything to video...but this is suonding more and more like a HOAX as I said all along...

It wasn't that difficult, and i wouldn't call it work, but thank's everyone.

I will post his Facebook Page, for you, and some of the comment's underneath it. The moderators here can remove these comments, if need be, not sure what the Law, would be in the United States for me putting this up here on this site?

I will post soon one version of this hoaxed video from 2007 --2008 and the video Sgt Norton has alleged, he filmed over his trunk for seven minutes.

What is amazing also is Vanquez, has published a book all about this UFO incident lol, some people are just downright crazy, aren't they

Very strange case. Not an unexpected outcome, but very strange. Keep in mind that our 'Command Sergeant Major' may be being manipulated by other people. Possibly he's just lost his marbles, but he comes off as too coherent for that explanation to hold weight. I find it hard to understand what would motivate him to put up this charade, surely he is not naive enough believe he can get rich & famous doing this.

I think this is as fascinating as the supposed real event. What are the real motivations or causes behind him coming forward with this story? It could be anything from bad blood sugar levels to having lost a bet and anything in between.

I would hazard a guess that a new book by Vasquez or a re-release of the Ft. Benning book will be coming soon. IMO, Norton has lost his marbles or has a financial stake in the story. A dupe? Possibly, but since Norton was (apparently) at Ft. Benning at the time, and nothing happened (since the video is a fake, that makes the rest of his story suspect), that makes him a liar, in my book.

Things like this would be easier to sell as fiction rather than fact. The money from any book sales just don't seem worth the cost to a person's good name and reputation. It just doesn't make any sense to me. You have to conclude there is some impaired judgement involved. Turning my hat around I could also speculate whether this was another interjection of noise into the system by someone attempting to manipulate public perception. I don't think that is the case though, that doesn't make a lot sense either. It's wacky stuff. What more can be said?

It is pretty wacky, I agree. But surely Norton knew the video is fake, because he knows he didn't shoot it. That sort of already wrecks his reputation; he must have entertained the thought that someone would come forward about the video eventually.

Not a lot makes sense when it comes to ufology.
