btw- obama and the media elite have armed guards outside their childrens schools.

If a half a dozen school employees in every school were well trained and armed these types of tragedies would be as likely to happen. I agree that better precautions could be implemented in the home, but even a locked gun safe can be opened.

Very true, there is no 100% foolproof way to prevent these type of things from happening. When I was in High School, we had an armed police officer at the only unlocked entrance to the school and one in an office further inside the school. I'd be all in favor of school employees being trained to carry and shoot, if nothing else it might make someone think twice before pulling this kind of shit. It's a difficult situation to be sure.
 
When I was in school I had an "Easy Rider Rifle Rack" mounted in the back window of my truck and carried 3 rifles in it.
