Demons: What's Your Take?

Free episodes:

I honestly despise the word 'Tulpa' by now, but thought forms, 'Angels, Demons' have been with us for thousands of years. Let them watch while we make this the best ball of dirt there ever was.

All religions aside, the individual's experience of demons on earth, be they indivudual monsters, or a radicalized, violent collective, is a real experience. It's all a question of individual perception based on their own belief system and cultural context. I would not want to be a religious, ethnic minority as genocide sweeps the land, and your neighbor is looking to butcher your family, nor woud I want to ever share perceptions of reality with those who have broken from it.

What starise describes reminds me a lot of sharing mental health spaces with friends while they were decompensating. Their personalities had shifted entirely, as if possessed. They were experiencing hallucinations of Satan, demons, obsessing over religious dogma, and expressing sudden mood shifts, uncanny behaviors combined with the recanting of dark, scary narratives. I could see how a lot of people could have experiences with all kinds of different overtones based on their backgrounds and beliefs. When friends suddenly shift it is a very destabilizing experience.

It honestly is such a shame that all those believes and 'experiences' have to be grounded in a book written by whomever to some, though I respect that.

Now for some 'Blasphemy', in that sense, how is 'Jesus' not considered a Demon ? He/She/It fits all categories. (don't burn me on a stake just yet).
