OS X Server is primarily designed for small business or education use, and there is a special version of the Mac mini that is designed for server use. But the largest player in the server business is the Linux server running Apache. There's really no way for Apple to compete in that area, since it's flooded with cheap boxes that work well enough. I mentioned some of this in an earlier post.

This is not an area where Apple has chosen to compete, but it doesn't prevent the use of Macs in an office environment.
